Re: Official Match Tracker: Everton v United (12:45)

YOU ARE BLAMING BERBA FOR TODAY'S DRAW?????????????? OH, GOD....people like you are driven by hate....why am I even wasting my energy on you.....

    Pride_Of_All_Europe:

I am one ot ther MANY Berba haters and not afraid to admit it....and this just proves to all you blind lovers of his SLOW style of play and soo called amazing touches he has in his so called locker.

I've lost count of the amount of chances he blew in this game and IMO he lost us this game with not taking them or providing the right passes at the right time, he just simply turns on the ball and faces his own goal to slow the pace of the attack up and delays what could be a very very good chance to score. He is seriously not an outlet who can hold the ball when we are under pressure and certainly not a player who can break with pace when we counter attack. He is simply a one trick pony who can only ever have one style of play - he is...to put into context - someone you would be happy to see being brought on when the team is 4-0 up at home against someone like Blackpool who have no real goal threat.

He should of been sold in the summer and a genuine striker/goal machine brought in (or even better - ''and dare i say it'' - splashed the cash on Tevez and offloaded Berba). Again, its another season where we rely on the aggression and desire to win of Wazza and no-one else in that position of the pitch.

Opposition teams must be laughing/rubbing there hands when they see Berba in the line up when he's up top by himself. They must be thinking to themselves, ''we aint gonna break a sweat today lads!''

SHOCKING RESULT TODAY AFTER BEING 3-1 UP WITH 3 MINUTES TO GO.

My lamp broke when Everton equalised, didnt mean to throw the remote at it, on football wise, pathetic defennce, really terrible performances from Nevile, Evans, O'Shea and Giggs werent at their best either, shape up or Chelsea will run away with it, its not looking good atm.

We have the best players always yet, but we cannot be playing last year and now well and successfully. It follows from this that the trainer staff does not do something well, mainly SAF. It would have been necessary to say goodbye to the club once already.

Very disappointing. I thought it was the wrong team and formation to start with. I understand the problem with Rooney, but i still think he should of played today. Despite his goal today I still don't like Berbatov. He doesn't suite our style of playing. Where was Hernadez & Valencia?. Evra had a poor game today and was fault for one of there goals. I don't know why we played O'shea in center midfield? I don't get that at all?. To be fair to Everton they deserved to get something out of the game because of the way they played throughout the game. Lets hope things get better on Tuesday.

Well Glory Hunters or not! One thing is certain, any more draws like this and we can say goodbye to the title. Lets face it Chelsea are not going to drop points to teams like this. We are already playing catch up. I know people say its a marathon and I get that, but the games we drew last season, are what cost us the title no? and it seems to happening again.

Neville has to go....too slow and past sell by date................is this the best team selection of all time for Fergie(sic), poor end of match concentration both here and at Fulham........I truly believe we will struggle for champions league place!!!

I have a feeling Sir Alex is bringing out his hairdryer treatment to the players, because they deserve it. I have a feeling that he's stepping his hairdryer up a level or two.

united are soooooo *** why the hell put o'shea in midfield when you gibson. everton never gave but never seen united fight ye they did score 3 goals but there were no fight spirit, two goals from everton in 2 min thats what you called team spirit. united got to sort something out, i knew everton would come back they way they were palying. everton deserved it, but honstley get rafael on and get two strikers. the only problem with united is they start being lazy at the end when they are ahead FERGIIIIII COME OOOON DO SOMETHING BEFORE WE GET EVEN MORE BEHIND CHELSEA!!!!

    mazhar08:

    Sven Rules:
Once again Jonny Evans got bullied in defence

I have to disagree. I thought he had a fair match. He looked pretty dominant alongside Vidic. It's just we became complacent at the final few minutes.

to be honest, i have to agree with mazhar08.....this is notthe first time Evans has slacked, he wasn't the only one, but he lacks concentration and he's clearly let all the praise from last season go to his head

Well.. lets bring up another issue.. moyes stormed on the pitch.. well.. his team scores 2 goal.. so of course we get 2 extra minutes.. if we wants to complain abt the time.. then his 2nd goal shouldnt have been counted.. coz it was 92:47 when the goal went in..

But.. that will not cover how badly Man Utd played today... didnt keep possesion.. lousy finishing.. wasting chances.. and switched off laz minute.. those lads need to go for target shooting practice..

honestly some of the comments that have been made are more shocking then the result of the game. Yes it is upsetting and above all else scary that we continue to develope this lolly-dah attitude at the end of games and yes we should not ofdrew this game but again some of you so-called supporters have got to be kidding me with your comments. The onething I do know is I would not want to be in the change room with SAF rightnow.

    POE,

answer me this, how the hell is it Berba's fault we dropped 2 points? is he a defender? we were up 2 goals with 2 and a half minutes to go and your saying that it is all because what he didn't score more goals you loser muppet! *** ridiculous, get a clue!

Well united lost temperament is what I see happened and this is the second time it has happened. But what's happening is when we are leading comfortably we tend to not capitalize on chances. Somehow any chance that comes after we have taken the lead ends up with a sloppy finish or not even a shot at all.

But it's the start of the season, we are without so many player cz of injuries, let's wait and watch. I am sure the utd which used to win matches in stoppage time will come back. We just need to find the temperament to do so.
But think this from a different angle we got points from fulham and we got points from everton, which we failed last season so atleast we are better than last season. Smile
