We should have brought Nani and Anderson on at half time!!!!

i cant stop thinking that SAF made a crucial mistake. we had got to half time 1-1 with the best team in the world. we had started well rattled them park was immense closing down everything, hernandez made good runs and kept the centre backs on their toes. half time came and even though we scored, barca were still the better side and were begining to turn the screw. we then had 45 minutes to win the trophy. park was shattered, hernandez was not that effective against the towering pique. we should have subbed them both at half time. they hadnt done anything wrong but we needed fresh legs in midfield to chase xavi and iniesta aswel as stretch barcas team and use our trademark wingplay. rooney upfront, nani valenica out wide with anderson behind rooney and carrick and giggs holding the fort. pretty much the same formation as barca. if you cant beat them join them. with those 4 pushing forward with pace strength, skill and young energy we would have caused barca all sorts of problems and would have tired out their midfield with our fresh legs. it would have been a compact team going forward and backwards together aswel as allowing the wingbacks to hold back and not expose our flanks. we then could have got to 75 mins put fletcher on for giggs to keep it fresh and strong and i defo think we woulod have had a major chance. instead by 70 mins our park giggs and carrick looked exhausted, rooney and chico had no service. and it was inevitable they would score. He then puts nani on after 80 odd minutes totally pointless. nani is a world class player, full off skill pace and vision which is exactly what you need against barca. fergie said he had to use the same team that beat chelsea but they are noway near the level of barca and a much slower less skillfull team. I just think its tragic the way it happened. i just cant understand why SAF didnt utilise our youth pace and energy on such a big pitch with huge goal frames. i honestly think we would have caused damage and worn a good barca team out. i no i am gonna get slated for saying this but its true and the second half of the game was pure torture and our whole attack looked leggy and you could see it coming. im as devastated as every other united fan and i just cant stop thinking about what could have been.
