Hello Guys. Don't get at angry at me for starting a new thread.I just need to write down my feelings and thoughts about this.

First of all - Berbo is my all time favourite player. Why? Not just because he is a bulgarian and a world class player which makes me feel proud deep down to the heart...he has so much positive qualities and reminds me of myself. In my opinion he is the best BG player of all time. Sure, most of you might....

     A good read, thanks P.S.

Not just because he is a bulgarian and a world class player which makes me feel proud deep down to the heart...he has so much positive qualities and reminds me of myself. In my opinion he is the best BG player of all time. Sure, most of you might think that Stoichkov is better, but Berbo will win honnor after honnor and trophy after trophy with United. He has already surpassed Stoichkov in terms of manners, politeness and overall behaviour. He's not the type of "Look at me - I play for United lol suckers" person. The guy is shy with a good soul and he's just following his dreams. Some of you are criticizing him about the moaning and laziness which is not entirely true. He does wonder with the balls, I've watched him a lot for Spurs, he's just getting frustrated when his teammates can't figure out his moves. I doubt that'll ve the case here.

This transfer saga has drained a lot of us, I can surely say that for myself. Been following it from last year and this two months saw a lot of ups and downs for me. So it's a dream come true that it's finally over and in the best possible way. I mean, Berbo's signing is the biggest thing in Bulgarian football since Stoichkov's Golden Ball and our forth place at the 1994 World Cup. I was following the events all day yesterday but unfortunately had to travel for the last 3 hours of the window close and couldn't get any info on what was going on. When I arrived at my destination and got my hands on the laptop I jumped sky high and couldn't believe it. The Dream Comes True - BERBATOV IN UNITED - THE TRUE RED DEVIL WITH AN ANGEL'S FACE. If I'm not mistaken it's United's transfer record for all time. It's also Bulgaria's biggest transfer ever and I doubt it'll be reached anytime soon. And if it wasn't for that *** off Robinho it would've been England's record transfer. Oh, well, you can't have anything. But seriously - the media got crazy here - it was the top sport story everywhere. I couldn't fell asleep from the excitement - and believe me, I was exhausted. I'm sure it'll be on the papers everywhere today.

And Berbo is happy. I watched his press conference and he said the nicest things fot United, that he was surprised by the treatment he got ftom SAF and the whole club. I mean, he almost burst into tears. He said this was his dream, main goal and couldn't get anymore high than here (in terms of Big Clubs). He said it was the hardest time for him as the deal could've failed ath the last minute...but he kept the faith to the end. He said that he doesn't want anymore media attention (although impossible) and just to concentrate on his job at United. Berba thinks there are a lot better players here, so they need the attention. And that United is the biggest & strongest club of the world at the moment.

I entirely agree with him. And couldn't be more happy. Just waiting for his debut and to see the miracle he creates with the red shirt...along with Rooney, Ronaldo & Tevez. It'll be a treatment, I;m sure. All the best of luck to you, Mitko. Bulgaria loves you!

Mmm... the world cup '94 brings back the memory of ex-red Henrik Larsson scoring the 4-0 goal...
