Re: Best wishes to Darren Fletcher

    Steve Cooke:
Our son had the first symptoms of UC at 7, was diagnosed at 8, tried all sorts of nasty *** until he had is colon out at 9, lived with a bag for a year and was re-attached at age 10. He is now 11 and is doing wonderfully well - though he just had his first bout of pouchitis a few months ago. May God bless you and keep you Darren.
    Best wishes to your boy!

I'm a Manchester United fan from Malaysia too and I also wish Darren Fletcher a full recovery. Take your time, Fletch. Have patience. And I would also thank you, Liverpool fan for being generous enough to wish him recovery.
On the other hand lets buy Tony Hibbert to boost our attacking force which is now under great problematic issues

Re: Get well soon Darren Fletcher

I am a ManUtd supporter from Malaysia, and a Darren Fletcher fan. I've even seen you play in the Scotland team on our television here. I would like to wish you a good rest to allow your health to get better. May you be granted the patience to do that, and the inner resources to occupy yourself happily while you (and your fans) wait to see you back on the pitch. It won't be easy for you, I know, but I hope for the best for you, and my thoughts are with you. I must say it is very generous-spirited of the Liverpool fan above to convey his good wishes to you.

Like the above contributor, I know all about Ulcerative Colitis. I contracted it in my late teens while I was studying hard. I am now 60 and have been free of it for 30 years. I am married with 2 children and play golf 3 times a week. There is life at the end of the tunnel. Good luck, Darren for a full recovery from a lifetime Red.
