I honestly think Berbatov will leave, I honestly, don't see him getting enough games from now to the end of the season for him to decide to stay, hes a footballer, he wants games and I wouldn't blame him for deciding to go! but I know who right now I'd want to buy to replace him and that's Hazard!

I agree he should go. We pay a lot of money to him to sometimes not even make the match day squad. I see Owen leaving too and I do think we'll sign a striker if they both do go. Cos macheda ent good enough and keane don't look ready just yet, a loan along the lines of what welbeck did may tell us if he can cut the mustard at the very top. So basically I feel we may b in the market for a striker.
Agree with you. Another goal scoring striker is needed, at least until Hernandez & Welbeck start getting regular goals. Unfortunately it's not enough having strikers contributing 10 or less PL goals per season.

Its a great news. He is clearly not appreciated here and its obvious there is something behind the currtains.... A conflict between SAF and Berba I guess.... Anyway I am looking forward to Berbatov playing a regular first team football. Its joy to watch him in his cool and magic style. He is too good to sit on the bench and be a cover for players like Welbeck and Chicarito. (no disrespect to Danny and Chico). TBH Man Utd dont need Berbatov because of the style Ferguson wants to play. I dont like it.....its too brittish for my taste but in England it works and I respect that. Berbatov needs someone to play with and in the current Man Utd squad the only player who can read Berbatov well is Scholes. Perhaps also Nani if he wasnt selfish.... Anyway it was great to have Berba here in the last soon 4 years. He is pure magic and in my eyes one of the most elegant players Man Utd has ever had!
Could not agree more! I would say just that speed is not everything and I hate watching headless all-around runners who can't play the ball... To be honest SAF is the one that must "look elsewhere" at the end of the season. We've had enough of his "wise" decisions up until now...

the only way we are going to compete properly in Europe is going 3 in midfield. Selling Berba and letting Owen leave and replacing them with creativity in the middle Is the obvious choice. ALso LB/RB may need to be added upon

If he leaves then I dont think we need a striker. Even if we sign someone then it then it has to someone who can play the "Rooney Role". Example : Lavezzi , Hazard , Gotze.
Lavezzi is a left winger actually, originally a striker. Eden plays better on the wing as he's like nani, he has good feet, but isn't one who pulls strings and plays defence splitting balls. Gotze is a phenomenal player, who only moved into the cam role this season but looks incredible there already, him or eriksen would be fantastic for us.
All of them mentioned above can play the "Rooney Role" . Yea I know that its not their preferred position but they CAN play.

Possibly so. Suppose it depends whose available and how much they cost/ we have to spend. With less champs league revenue this time round it could b that we only have enough for one big ish signing when poss there are 2or3 positions we wud strengthen ideally. That wud b the quandary for fergie to ponder.
