They were just good but not geniuses. Everything good Kidd has done was undone by his sitting on the Citeh bench now. Soul does not = money.

Kidd was such a legend in my eyes... '68 and all that, plus assistant manager. But then Leeds, and THEN City? Ehh... not sure if I can bring myself to hate him, because a job is a job, and I doubt he finished his playing career with much money to speak of, but I can't think of him as I used to.

So all along he was a blue in Red? ermmmm I really dunno what to say. And the way he left us? It showed he was a blue in and out!!

Of course everyone knows that he played for City... but it wasn't the same back then as it is now.

Anyway, like I said, he's no longer a legend in my eyes, but I don't hate him. I would describe my feeling towards him as ambivalent.

Brian Kidd was a backstabbing c.u.n.t as he tried to take the credit for SAF success.I remember reading in SAF autobiography as well when Kidd would go to Martin Edwards and back stab SAF at every opportunity as he wanted SAF job,at one point where Kidd wanted John Hartson at utd, SAF said Hartson wasn't good enough for utd,Kidd went straight to Martin Edwards,wanting SAF sacked,few moths later Kidd went to Blackburn as manager as Jack walker bought into the idea that Kidd was the reason utd where successful,within a year Kidd got his p45 as Blackburn struggled Badly,cant remember if he got them relegated.

Quieroz definitely. Him and Fergie were a great team, he was probably the most tactically astute no.2 I have seen that Fergie has had, an no doubt played a big role in the success we had when he was with us.

Exactly the same reason I would choose Carlos. And combined with the fact he brought in some good players from Portugal!!
