    Re: Thank You Sir Alex

Behind every great man there is usually a great woman, My mum speaks to SAF's wife on a regular basis at my mum's workplace and my mum rather embarrassingly speaks about myself to her among other things and so when my 21st birthday was approaching she asked (my mum wouldn't dare ask) my mum if I had a football shirt and my mum replied: 'well yes of course he has, why?' to which Cathy said well bring it into work and I will get 'Alex and the boys to sign it for him' I remember my mum at the time saying to me someone must have pinched my shirt off the washing line when I noticed it had suddenly vanished. Then on the night of my 21st my mum presented it to me in a big frame with all the autographs of the 07/08 team...I was absabsolutely made up and it now sits just above my bed although I have debated trying to scribble over Tevez's signature LOL! thought I would give this a mention as I don't post much on here. I thought this was an amazing gesture from both Cathy and Sir Alex.

I was in hospital 2007 having leg amputated and Sir Alex sent me a Get Well letter. We don't need to cheat to win,Please,Please,Please Ashley show how good you are without going down easily. If only a big deal was made of ALL the others who do it week in week out,it more than likely would be stamped out.But in the meantime lets just BLITZ em with our style. loftusmk
Hi there...hope you are doing well now. SAF sent a personal letter to my friend who was very ill (United supporter all his life). We all asked my friend what he wanted and he said for SAF to wish him well...we all asked/begged United and within the week the letter arrived. My friend held the letter until he left us. SAF is a great, great man.
