    knew it.......park ruininng EVERY build up play. poor footballer, marvelous athlete ........wrong tactic. valencia needs to be on in his place. w ehave NO threat. what is the point in tring to win a match with no threat by playing a player who works hard yet nullifies his ball winning by continuously losing it.
    Ronaldo too far out for him to think about it AAOH ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL

    WTF deserved thats what happens when you go for a draw. what a great midfield to play against a pumped up city park/ last played when giggs/38 scholes/looks shattered fergie sorry but you have it wrong tonight

    I know a lot of people have been critisising Giggs lately, but in these games you need the more experienced players..
    You also need players who can cope with the energy of City's midfield and actually help keep possession. Giggs was in playing in midfield when Bilbao battered us. And when Newcastle battered us. And when Wigan battered us. And when Basel battered us. It's no coincidence. His pass completion is dismal compared to most proper midfielders. Loads of risky flicks that never come off, we can afford a bit of that from him if he's playing behind the striker, but not in midfield. If SAF still hasn't learned his lesson on playing Giggs in midfield then obviously some sentimentality is starting to creep in.
    This is a perfect argument for your favorite player who you praise constantly 9excuse the pun) Park who has that energy and yet you love him so much.

    Please Sir Alex, use 4-4-2. This is the way i want us to play, De Gea, Smalling 2 for set pieces, Evra, Evans, Rio Scholes master passer ( Football Tailor), Carrick, Valacina, because he is strong, physicl, pace and a good winger, Roony plays behind wellback.

    Its a very strong line up this, but a little too attacking minded, ideally we need someone to cope with Yaya Toure's physique and i dont think Carrick is capable of stopping Toure, perhaps Jones should be introduced for the sole purpose of nullifying Toure?

    If we play 4-5-1 with Park we must have one of then cm's supporting Rooney. I reckon we could have a midfield of Carrick, Scholes and Jones. With Jones sometimes getting close to him, plus we need someone to try and match Yaya Toure physically.

    Scholes,Carrick,Giggs do not have a defensive bone in their bodies.
    I cant believe how you can claim Carrick does not have a defensive bone in his body. Even Scholes too. While they may not be known for closing down opponents and be the typical destroyer, Carrick especially knows how to tackle and is well known for intercepting(breaking attacks).

    And for anyone who isn't convinced that Park should no longer be considered for matches of any significance.. He started in both Bilbao games, and the home defeat to Ajax, and the FA cup game against Liverpool, and the defeat to Newcastle, and the defeat to Blackburn, and the defeat to Basel, and the defeat to Palace. He's been nothing less than a curse on us this season.
    Ive always liked Park, but i am absolutely delighted with the usage of these statistics to highlight the fact that hes been involved in these defeats.I know its unfair but it shows why Park shouldnt start matches we cannot afford to lose. Hats off to you.
