    Re: Fergie

    Kenneth M:
For me, the once great manager seems to have lost it completely or keeps covering the Glazers debt with false pretenses. The fact that he's brought glittering success to United gives him an airhead at times and feels he's untouchable.

I think after that 6-1 bashing at old trafford, we the fans deserved better. Irregardless of the positions of the two teams we, or I at least expected a lineup to damage city. A club as big as United should surely not expect favors from other teams. You field JS Park and Giggs against a team that is physical and has a lot of pace? Frankly, after that game I was thinking to myself that City should go ahead and win the league...I don't care if they spent money to buy the title. We clearly don't control our fate anymore!

If I could draw you back to the game mates, Park kept leaving the left flank to go onto the right leaving Evra to do all the attack and defense there...we were always exposed! Before half time he was completely out of steam and Giggs was a complete ghost. We have the team to beat City but mismanaging the players by the manager will always cost us. Here I blame Sir Aklex Ferguson completely and no one else...so APPALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You're right what's he ever done for our club! And yeah after the 6-1 thing he let us get beaten again, what a rubbish manager! You on the other hand have the wisdom and insight to point out that he is appalling. Throw your hat in the ring sir- I for one will support you.

Oddly enough the team did play much better after that and while many teams would have fallen apart we battled back into the race and even took the lead for awhile. Check history you will find even some of the teams we had the won the title had some bad games. One season back in the late 90's we even lost back to back games (I think they were back to back, memory might be playing tricks on me) 6-3 and 5-0, but still went on to win the title .

Got proof that is what happens or is he just human and therfore not perfect?

Yeah what a shame that after a run of 4 years that was one of the best the club has had, we are having on "off season" and of course not the first one we have had with SAF.

Certainly nobody is happy that we might not win a trophy this season, but it also is not any reason to throw a fit and throw the baby out with the bathwater. Show a bit of loyalty and give the man a chance, he has built and rebuilt the team several times during his tenure, let's give him something more than one season to see what he can do. Loyalty, the thing us fans always bang on about wanting the players to show, but funny how many don't want to show it in return.

Just saying hello to my little internet stalkers
