love with Carrick and sees him as the savior of England, well good for you guys
keep fantasizing on him, I cant disuade you. Everyone has the right to express
their opinion of this forum, and i personally do no rate him good enough for Man

*** all about the game of football if you believe that the players picked in the
England squad to play in midfield - are better and more deserving of a place
than Carrick, who has played consistently well all season.
Hodgson has just confirmed my suspiscions that he has no clue about top level football. I mean look at what he did at Liverpool, he is a coach that can get the best out of mediocre players and that is all! (actually it's just clicked...that's why he's been brought in) lol, Anyone with an intelligent football brain will see that Carrick has the attributes of a world class midfielder, he rarely gives the ball away and can play sublime short or long passes! He would be far greater appreciated if he were Spannish or French!
Unfortunately we seem to want to stick to the 'British Bulldog' mentality of kick and rush football, playing players that couldn't compete on the international stage 4/6 years ago, when they were in their prime, so how the hell are they expected to compete now! WHAT A SHAMBLES, the FA really are, i'm past caring about the national team now!!
