Re: Kyle Walker for right back?

I would love to see Walker here, he is a great player and I think Rafael can be a bit dodgy sometimes so i think he would be worth buying

Would love to see Walker here, already a top RB with unreal potential.

Just recently signed a new contract, Levy wouldn't let him go cheap so price could be an issue and whether or not he wants to leave.

    Worth a punt I say.

Re: Kyle Walker for right back?

Rafael is 21, he has always performed brilliantly after a run with the team and eventually he will develop as a great player providing the injuries stop. Walker is already on the brink of being a brilliant player. It is a tough one, buying competition for Rafael could bring out the best of him, but bringing in Walker would not be competition and would make Rafael second choice.

Difficult call. There are other more pressing positions to cover though.

Rafael isnt good enough imo.....at least not yet and that is the problem. He COULD be world class but If we bought Walker or any other RB it could then stop us from seeing that quality. Its a gamble. Mind you SAF knows exactly whether Rafa is good enough or not long term. If we have to get in replacements then we will
I am not too sure on Rafael`s age however I feel his progress has dipped magnificently. When he first come onto the scenes he looked fantastic he could defend and attack with flair(Brazilian style) and he was very composed in the tackle, now he just runs around like a headless chicken and concedes stupid fouls. We saw glimpses of his quality towards the end of last season however I doubt he will fulfil his potential unless these injurys and silly mistakes fade from his play if you know what I mean. For now Walker would be my preferred option.

Talented, young and home grown. Costs too much though for a position we have enough coverage.
    City bought the title
City have ruined football with the money
    City are the devil

We need to buy Falcao Lucas and Modric though

    Kyle Walker for right back?

With Harry Redknapp gone there is a chance many star players will become unsettled and would want a move which I think will happen with Walker especially with us calling. He is quick, strong, young, good in the tackle, has great long shots and he is British...Him and Valencia on the right wing would be scary tbf a combination of pace and tactical minds would be perfect .What do you guys think...a 15,000,000 offer could tempt Levy imo.
