There's no point being hypothetical. There's no concrete evidence guaranteeing there are contract issues. Only when there's a strong likelihood of him leaving should we line up replacements. The last thing we want to do is catalyse player departures when unnecessary.

Well considering we went in for Hazard, who is a similar type of player to Nani and I believe we were looking to bring in both Hazard and Kagawa which would mean that Nani would of been sold. I don't want to see him leave of course but if we are in for Rodriguez or a similar player its the most likely solution imo.

If we are looking to sell him then it could be contract issue or maybe just to freshen up our attacking options.
