In what way do we have a good team? the same team who couldent make it out the grup in champions leauge , the same team got spanked by bilbao , the same team who playe mianly bad football the whole of last season? That is just not good enough for a club like manchester united, forget the excues/ Listen i am getting sick and tired of fans saying we have a strong team, for the club we are we should be pulling the best players not "decent" players.

I am not saying the team we have is great...far from it actually. We were a bit unlucky last season though, firstly, in terms of injuries, secondly, defensive errors in crucial games that saw out the champions league and lose the title, thirdly, losing our captain Marvel, Vidic.

We have a good mix of players at United. We have proven and established players like Vidic, Rio, Giggs, Scholes, Evra, and Rooney of course.

Established players like Nani, Berba, Carrick, Valencia, Hernandez, Park and Fletcher.

Emerging players with bags of potential Young, Kawaga, Rafael, Fabio, Evans, Jones, Smalling, De Gea, Cleverly, Powell, Tunnicliffe, Fryers, Welbeck, Anderson

We will be unstoppable with a couple of quality player signings to cover the old generation and the younger players. Squad depth is crucial City proved it last season but we haven't got to panic just yet coz the future is bright IMO.

I agree man.If we can sign Baines and a top CM then we will be sorted.Bonus signings would Rodriguez and Debuchy to give us more cover at RB and forward positions respectively.

Oooooooooooooooohhhhhhh Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah . Bainesy, a upgraded "Stat Nav", a box to box CM with good defensive credentials would do me nicely. :P Anyone else would be a bonus to us IMO.

Hazard, Alba, Modric, possibly Moutinho. Only a blind man can fail to see the pattern that has emerged. Whatsmore this has been going on for a few years now, Sneijder, Nasri and the fact that we are being humiliated by second tier European sides is killing any pulling poser we did have with Europeans. Couple this decline with the rise of Etihad 'project' and you should begin to hear the alarm bells. If the likes of Nasri, Moutinho or whoever cat he's the eye, if they decide On coming to our rainy Manchester they will more than likely come to the Council house and enjoy the high wages and bonuses paid outby the sheikh. FFP will have little effect by the way. Phil Jones,Ashley Young, Smalling, Leighton Baines, it seems that these type of decent enough English players are the pinnacle of our ambition on the transfer Market. Decent enough English signings who will be shown up as journey men on the European stage. With all our history and successUnited deserve better than this and if Fergie doesn't buy a proven attacking midfielder plus a destroyer in the Roy Keane, YAYa mould then we will fade away like Liverpool fc.
it's very sad to see a united fan feel this way about the club. We MANCHESTER UNITED, just because we have gone one season without silverware doesn't mean we don't have a future. It's our first season without silverware for years and I think it's only going to make SAF push the team even more next season. We the most successful team over the last 10 years for a reason mate and Liverfool aren't even half the club we are.

We need to sign Baines and a top quality CM whether its Modric or someone else.Maybe another RB like Debuchy would be good also.

I love your passion. But we have a great team for next season. We were without our rock and captain Marvel: VIDIC last season but GUESS what? he's back, but you knew that already. lol

City need all the time to capture not to mention the rest of the EPL. Its too early to be panicking just yet. We have a great team that has shown good tenacity, resilience and potential last season.

We were unlucky last season and good well drilled teams took advantage of a young understrength and emerging United team that is still in the development stage. WE are not in decline, i repeat we are not in decline. Future is indeed bright.
