like you said "it depend how you view it".....dortmond play 4-2-3-1,,,but when but when defensive it more like 4-5-1.......japan play 4-3-3.....when defensive it more like 4-5-1...with kagawa and honda play freerole duty......if you watch japan match, you'll see kagawa track back and help when they defensive(i watch every japan match).......so how come you say kagawa not fit 4-3-3 formation???....

The best thing about that system was the player picked all suited those roles perfectly but Kagawa doesn't suit any of those positions. I don't think he's competetive or solid enough to play either side of Carrick in midfield, he doesn't have the defensive attributes to perform that role and he doesn't really suit playing wide. I guess he could play either side of Rooney but I don't think you would get the best out of him there.

One more thing i want to say about this video.......they make the field look like so small and no space at all to arsenal player.....maybe this is because at that match man utd player never stop running.....

What i can say about this video......when we play 5 energetic midfield,.....carrick,anderson, and fletcher are so effective and can show their best performance.....maybe next season fletcher is bit too old to do that again....i hope cleverley can be his replacement(i'm totally believe with this kid...i dnt know why).....and with arriving of kagawa, the intelligent and skillful midfielder......and with scholes, anderson(im hope he injury free ).....im totally believe EPL, carling cup or FA cup maybe at old trafford next season......about UCL......uhmmmm....i'm not so confident but i believe we will at least be at semi final or final....BELIEVE

Exactly and at that time some people were complaining we were too open at the back. Then along came the worst string of injuries I can remember.

Well we have all that squad available still I don't want Anderson to go like the majority I think he still has it in him to do well just one year without a knee problem or somthing and he will shine, he clearly has the intelligence and ability to do so, him with Kagawa could be amazing link up play and might see it in the pre season!

I think one of the main reasons why we could do all that was because we were solid at the back. the midfielders and strikers had complete faith in their defence. The reason why we were doin well from 2007-2011 was because we had one of the best defences in europe and a reliable keeper. Once vidic,evans,rio and de gea start jelling together. Then, we can tear teams apart!
