http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/article/165/7916592/ferguson-to-curb-travelling "I took too many flights that week," said Ferguson. "It was a bit silly to be flying as much as I did. Belfast, Berlin, Newcastle, Manchester, Belfast, Manchester, up to Glasgow. It was seven flights in five days. "We are all vulnerable to age aren't we? It doesn't come without penalties. "Maybe that was a way of telling me to slow down a bit in terms of travelling." So, it's probably SAF not traveling because of his nosebleed problem. Just the club saying "Fergie out on club business".
It could be that who knows. As for Van Persie i think we are still interested in signing him and im still hopeful that a deal can be reached but it does look likely that Van Persie will start the season as an Arsenal player but that dosnt mean we wont sign him it may just take longer then we thought as Arsenal are being stubborn and differcult to deal with.Van persie has made it clear that he wants to leave that he wont sign a new deal with Arsenal he wants a move to us of course he is a professional hes not going to not train is he they still pay his wages and till then he has no choice to keep himself fit hes still looking to leave them though i just hope we can get a deal done time will tell.

We are working hard to sign Van Persie and despiet Van Persie wanting a move to us Arsenal are making things very differcult for us.Im still hopeful we can get a deal done even though it looks likely that Van Persie will start the new season as an Arsenal player lets wait and see.I also think we need a box to box midfielder someone to add more steal and strength in there aswell as another LB.

Rumour has it negotiations with Arsenal were scheduled to get underway this morning, so no prizes for guessing where the manager is.

Sir Alex is on club business again and not at the game. The last time this happened Lucas Moura deal was agreed in principle before PSG came to hijack it with ridiculous wage and fee. So this time RVP deal should be completed since CIty is out and RVP does not want Juve. However, maybe we should change the way we do business, if potential contenders are out and no visible interest from any club, we should get it done right away, better than hanging around on principle agreement. Principle agreement is not a contract, any club can come from no where at the last minute and hijack the deal with unpopular ridiculous wage and fees that if care is not taken is going to ruin this game. Although to me I was on the fence on Lucas decision young, no experience yet very talented..I would have even loved him here...however, the 30m, 45m completely crossed it out. NO NO
Not having a go pal but is this an offical line or just an assumption?
