how do you know what he eats and drinks??
I don't but he is on £200,000 per week at the best club in the world and he still does not look as fit as he did a few seasons ago.So there must be a problem somewhere just look what booze did to Best and Gazza just to name 2.The way he is it just reminds me of them.Might help if he cut the odd cigarette out also.
i don't even know if he smokes the odd cigarette.

i highly doubt Rooney is now going to pour a bottle of champagne down his neck on the way home

More footballers than you would imagine are smokers mate, incredible but true.

He was poor today but has been great in recent weeks. We really should have won this game with all the chances we created, but Swansea are a good team so I'm not too disappointed with a draw.
I don't mind drawing to anyone away from home, just worried about Rooney maybe time to cash him in.
That would be a bit drastic mate, I'm sure his form will pick up.
    Does anyone ever read these?

I dont think he has any similarities to Gazza. Gazza suffered from insomnia and so many other psychological disorders. He abused alcohol and other ***. Rooney just came in a little plump but I dont see him going on crazy bingers all the time.

This never used to be the case but not when Wayne is good he's awesome but when he's bad he's way off the pace and there doesn't seem to be any middle ground.

I believe Rooney is showing all the character traits of Gazza,he looks to me like he drinks and eats whatever he likes he has not looked really fit for a couple of seasons now.I would use him as part exchange for Ronaldo any day.I'm amazed that Sir Alex is putting up with this from him his all round game today was awful.
The problem is Rooney is been used int he wrong way and it is exceeding his energy coupled with the lazy approach as you say. Fergie is not tactically right in playing Rooney as a Centre attacking midfielder. He is a striker, a pure goal scorer. We need a midfielder like a gerrard/lampard/fabregas who can score goals and run box to box. (Granted lamps and Gerrard in their prime.)
