Re: Ronaldo coming home - Just down to the Glazers

    jpg-forever a red:
I honestly feel that the only thing that can get in the way of Ronaldo coming back home in the summer is the Glazers. If the money is provided by the Glazers, there is a strong chance of Ronaldo re-joining United. Sir Alex Ferguson has said that he'd welcome back Ronaldo and that he would spend a very large sum to get him back. Ronaldo SUPPOSEDLY has said that he'd like to come back - even if he hasn't said that, you can't deny that he looks miserable when he plays. With 2 years left on his contract, pressure would be on Real Madrid if Ronaldo said that he would like to leave - Real Madrid would only have the option of cashing in now or letting him go free in 2 years. With Nani set to leave, we would already have around 20million to spend. Add that to fundings from the Glazers, we could surely afford to bring Ronaldo home...
As much as i would love to see Ronaldo come home he would cost over 100 million.
