    Re: Manucho Goncalves

This manucho seems good, and i read there is some interest in him from other clubs.  But i reckon its time to put the faith in fraizer.  He looks top in the championship scoring off windass' passes, he's electric and a top finisher.  He wouldn't cost anything, and he wouldn't moan if he wasnt in the team like berbatov or anelka deffo would, after we spent £15 million plus.

he woild be good too get in jan as he'll be so cheap if it dosn't work out not too much damage will have been done and we can get someone else but we do need a fourth striker it's been proven that is the ideal number or we could come up short if any of our strikers gets injured at all we will be in trouble.

     I'd take him...

We just need a good 4th striker in times of need; *** is not good enough and Campbell is too young.

He seems to have a similar physique to eto'o, from that pic. His history is very obscure. African league's such as the angloan are not that bad actually, these are youngsters which have grown up day in day out playing football in the back streets like (similar to the brazilians), I wouldn't be surprised to see a few players from angola in the future in and around some of euorpes top flight clubs. Good lukc to this guy, he could turn out to be a bargain (if we sign him).

Only picture I can find.  Anyway apparently he's meant to be very skillful striker that has a real eye for goal.  As far as I no he is only 24 (not 31).  I doubt he would cost us much if Fergie decides to sign him.  The only problem is he is off to the African cup next month.

It is fortunate that most players are not like me or there would be anarchy

    Re: Manucho Goncalves

All Ive managed to find out is that he has been the top scoring in the Angolan league two years in a row.........but surely to go from the Angolan league to Old Trafford is too much of a stretch, but apparently he impressed on his trial. I also read the story on RedCafe but I dont know what to make of it since it claims in that story that he is 31 and it is reported on every other source that I can find that he is 24 and no other mention about any kind of medical accident anywhere

    Manucho Goncalves

Anyone have any info on how this guys trial went. Supposedly he impressed but I read a weird story on RedCafe about how he had a major brain haemorrhage a few years ago and it changed him from an average player into a scoring machine (along with now being a great painter apparently). All very strange...
