Re: Please buy david villa and david silva.....

I cant see both of them coming, id like to see it as they are both class players. But Fergie has never really opted to pay alot of money for older players, villa being 27, we paid £30m for Berbatov and has he really lived up to the price tag? I think Liverpool might be in there for them with the whole spanish link. Can you remember a time, when United have brought in 2 world class players at the same time... Ronaldo and........ Kleberson wasn't it?

Re: Please buy david villa and david silva.....

I totally agree we need both players.

Villa is the goalscorer that we lack with Rooney and Berbatov and Owen creating the chances Villa will bang them in hes exactly what we need.

Silva is a player who can bring excitement creavity and flair to our midfield since Ronaldo plus he can score goals aswell.

These 2 players are must signings for us and with Valencia in desperate need of some cash they admit that they have to sell them to raise the funds that they need i think we should act fast on this and sign them up as soon as possable. We can easily afford both players as we still have a huge chunk of the Ronaldo money still to play with and Fergie dpoes seem very keen on both players so who knows but these 2 players must be our main transfer targets either in January or next summer.

[amended especially for that lovely guy 4-4-2]

We don't need those two players to "win" Chelsea.

Villa would be a dream addition to our team. But it would mean dropping Berbatov or Rooney. And Owen not getting a look in.

these 2 are great players but where would they fit in berbatov cost 30mil he cant be dropped ronney is too good and we have owen whos a gol scorer. we have nani valencia park giggs obertan, the only one i can see happaning is silva if giggs retires and nani gets out of form.

Personally i think we have a good chance of signing Silva but think Villa will probably stay in Spain - possibly moving to either Barca or Real next summer.

    crackeri:
I think that David Villa should certainly be transferred either in term or in January to June period. We need to. Berbatov is a fantastic player but is not fast, which is affecting many in the Man Utd game. And do not think that Fergie has succeeded over the acquisition of Berbatov. Silva vs Nani = I think Silva would be an adequate successor Rayan Giggs is very fast players, controls the ball very well and is very accurate throw. Nani bone not going to Man Utd's Ronaldo Nani after only decreased a lot, is expecting more from Nani request but fail ... I think that if Exchange will become a Nani with Silva and Man Utd of course give Valencia the money would be much better for both teams and also for two players. Diego Lopez is the only replacement for Van Der Sar Anderson VS Miguel Veloso would be very good if Man Utd and Sporting will change these two players. Veloso is a Kreator of the game and I'm sure that with his arrival at Man Utd will be transferred around the game in Miguel Veloso With the purchase of these four players Man Utd will be completed 100%
Firstly I do not think Manu would swap or sell Nani. Valencia need to pay a loan of €74 million. They would prefer cash. Anderson for Veloso. Is Veloso not more of a defensive midfielder and Anderson played for F.C Porto so may not want to join Sporting. I think we should keep Anderson because he is young and improving more and more every game. I would love to get Villa and Silva but United usualy don't spend much and January. Also the Glazers might not have the money to pay for the players.

what is there to discuss, they both good players, and we linked with both of them like we get linked with big players every window. We'll just have to wait for the window and see what pans out.

    Dan Nguyen:

    - Mufc.:

there are probaly other threads on villa but, today there was another article saying that he would snub chelsea if manchester united came knocking on the door. i would absolutley love it if he came too united, i mean him and rooney upfront bloooody hell, or even rooney, villa and berba :)

    your thoughts? :)

I also hope he'll come here too and Fergie to put aside his policy against guys older than 27 when this might be the opportunity of a lifetime to sign a natural born goalscorer, better than the likes of Raúl, Shearer and many others in goal ratio. I absolutely don't care what the bad tongues will say about the fact that he's Spanish or played in a less physical league than the Premiership: if he says he accepts the challenge, he'll enjoy every moment especially if he willingly signs with United.

I was thinking of the option of playing Berbatov behind the strikers and it seems a good option if you ask me. Berbatov is a good passer who is not quite the most comfortable guy when it comes to shooting everytime, but since he's a good passer and has shown he can track down players defensively, I think he might do OK or even better in a Lampard-like or Gerrard-like role behind the strikers. Since Scholesy is near retirement, Carrick being too inconsistent to take the role of offensive-minded passer, and Anderson who's still learning (although he improved a lot so far), it's not impossible that Berbatov can be asked to play that role.

Torres was from the la liga, no one knew what he would be like in the EPL, look at him now, he's a goal scoring machine. Also people in spain say that Villa is better than Torres, so i think getting Villa is a must, especially if he wants to come here.
