Re: Obertan...lets see how far he gonna go..

i have the same feeling as well he is going to cement his place on the left wing in d near future. with the way he is playin now and if he continues to pregress the way he is then he will.

We'll wait and see in the future how he performs.

My gut feeling is that he will cement his place on the left wing permanently in the near future.

We need a chant for him when he scores his first goal:

    GABBY, GABBY OBERTAN

    THIS IS GOAL NUMBER ONE

    GABBY, GABBY OBERTAN,

    HE'S OUR NUMBER ONE.

Gabby is a very talented player. he is supposed to be the futur of the french football. I watched his game when he was playing in Ligue 1 and for me he can be better than Ben arfa, nasri and as good as Benzema. If SAF give him a chance this week end i'm sure that he 's gonna score .Honestly even if i'm french i don't think that he is gonna be better than Nani this year.He will learn a lot of things in ManU and in 2 or 3 year he will be at 100%.

I think in the next 6months or so he will prove why he is better than Nani.

    Gabranth:

Let's nt get too excited at this point. He didn't do very well against Blackburn.

What game were you watching, i was there in the north stand, and Obertan was impressive, despite his nerves he was very lively, and interchanged with Evra quite well, give the guy a break, so what if he did'nt score, the effort was there, and unfortunatly he squandered it, but i'm sure he'll find the back of the net soon, and then your be back eating your words.

The thing is... Obertan could easily be a first team player without a doubt even here at old trafford. But he's not going to get anymore than rotation under SAF...

I have high hopes, but am remaining calm and like I do with all United players will give him lots of time to see how far he is going to go.

I have to admit Obertan has been impressive, especially as he is still very young. He has great ball instinct on the pitch and vision. So often the youngsters are touted and placed on a pedestal by some fans; then if they have a bad match or two they are sliced-and-diced by some of those fans. I, like you guys, think the kid shows exceptional skills and talent but choose t wait and see, in fairness to Obertan. There is a lot of pressure on the lad.

I think he'll do well, he just needs a couple of games to settle in. true he looked very nervous but that was just his first game in the league with the first team, he's just 20 and he looks very promising. . . . I think he'll go far. . .

Obertan...lets see how far he gonna go..

our team has not done too bad since the beginning of the season, part from the the horrible defeat against liverpool, but we werer able to get back on track against  blackburn...i guess its still a race for the title in we are in it...i think our new buy OBERTAN...could have done better in that game, missein really good chances but  in all he really was impressive ...i guess he featuring in more games will let us the fans see what  he is made off...
