yes mate good idea but football isnt mathemathics :), Valencia is in debts,more than us ,i heard they were prepared to sell even the stadium. they wont go on changing players,they need the money.if MU wants Villa& Silva, Fergie must payt 60mil. if not then Silva&Aguero, maybe about aguero they can do some changes. But i dont think thats a good idea to sell nani, hes gives life to our game,he is fast and just 22,we need him too.

 So if Chelsea dont want Aguero,and as i see Fergie is not prepared to pay for Villa because of the age,(we know that he said,he wont spend big money for +27 players), why he doesnt go on Aguero & (Silva sure :) ), Aguero is younger,we would have him for long time,hes faster,plays like rooney. i think fergie shud use this chance and buy one of these strikers ,they are both great and needed for us.

I'm pretty sure that wont happen lol. We dont do that kind of thing to our players generally. Owen will get his chances and I back him and believe he can take them.

They're both different kind of players. Villa plays further up the pitch and is more of a natural goal scorer. Aguero plays a bit deeper than that in the same sort of positions that Rooney and Berbatov seem to prefer. By logic if we're signing one of the two it would be Villa. Whats confusing is that we now have Owen so I dont see the logic of signing any other strikers.

Of the two I pick Villa. He is the second highest goal scorer all time for Spain and he's got his goals much quicker than Raul (number 1) has. The only 2 players who have a better strikerate in terms of goals per game are Alfredo di Stefano way back in the late 50's and early 60's and Telmo Zara in the 40's. Of the last 16 games for Spain he has scored 15 goals. Took out three players from the list of top goalscorers for Spain:

Raúl    44 goals in 102 games at 0.431
David Villa   33 goals in 52 games at 0.634
Fernando Torres    23 goals in 71 games at 0.324

 

For Valencia he scored 28 goals in 33 games for them in La Liga last season. Also he has never ever scored less than 20 goals per season for Valencia so far and he's scored 7 in 8 games so far this season too lol.

Aguero is a great up and coming player but as of now, Villa is a class apart.

I think Villa will score quite a bit if we do decide to sign him. He's one of the best poachers of his generation right now and can make very intelligent runs to get himself goals. The only things going against him are his age and price, other than that, he's pure bred quality.

i think we need to buy at least 1 world class midfielder ,then rooney,owen and berbatov can stay further up the pitch and with quality balls fed in to them would score more goals.if were to buy villa or aguero then it would be villa proven world class goal scorer but for his age pay no more than 25 mill.we have a lot of upcoming young talent and they would benefit from training and watching a world class goal scorers in owen and villa ,aguero is still unproven.

I choose Villa as well, he is a superb player. 

Watch some Aguero games before you talk about him.  I watched Atletico's latest game this weekend against Athletic Bilbao, as well as their game against Chelsea - in both cases Aguero was MIA the whole game and was one of the weakest players on the field.  Aguero is one of the most overrated players.

 

Villa, on the other hand is great, - much better finisher than Rooney.  The assasin Villa and the creator Berba will be the deadliest duo ever!  If you thought Berba/Keane were good - just wait for Berba/Villa - the best finisher and the most creative forward in the world - the best combination ever!

 

If you want a player to come into the team and start scoring straight away. Then you should get David Villa. If you want someone who will impprove over time and has not much experience. You should go for aguero. Remember we have brilliant players coming through in attack. Villa has experience and youngster will learn from him. I would prefer villa as he is cheapers, scores more, and has loads of expierence.

i would say aguero, because with a great team around him he can only get better. with villa i think he would be good aswell but in the long term aguero because he is younger. but either way i think we need an extra goal scorer in the squad
