    Re: For our new Mods.

It was probably moved to the Players & Staff Forum.  Have you looked in there?

Hi New mods....How does one send a PM around here. I was trying to send to y'all, but the changes still has me confused...

the pm thing is abit messed up as far as i know, you'll have to use the report button jackdice, is that what you want to do?

Hi red irish....I never report anybody unless desperate...i consider reporting childish & immature !!!

The question is that yesterday I created a new post about my views about considering Evra as a winger and Fabio as lefft back in the general section, but that seems to have vanished completely. Now that we have accesible mods, I thought I would try to find out the reason !!!

Can ou help me find out why ??? That thread did not have any offensive/slate contents as far as I know !!!

May today be better than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow

    Ohh Its Off the Woodwork:

Well i'm glad that there are active mods on the site now and it can all be orderly, nomore complaining about what should be posted where etc. (which in my opinion was meaningless complaints).

Anyhow, just to clarify certain things : with the introduction of frequent posters as Mods, then many different issues come into hand.

As I trust the integrity of everyone of the Mods and commend you on a job well done with bringing these forums to the state it is now, the format, the changes, it's all good and I'd like to tell you all thanks from us the members for taking the initiative.

That being said, I hope that it is remembered that this is a forum, that when people have heated discussions and conflictings ideas, maybe even with one of the Mods that bias is taken into effect or even abuse of power. As I originally said I trust in you Mods as your work has been seemingly promising but I'd just like to get a clarification if you may, from one of you stating that these abuses of power won't take place.

    Thanks,

Ryan  (Ohh it's Off The Woodwork)

im sure it won't be all plain sailin for the mods ryan good point though and fair play to those who put themselves up for the roll cheers to all.

It's good to see the mods checking up on us day in day out and not just when they please.

I am sure we will be fair and will use a sense of humour over certain things as well.  I'm doing this with certain things I see already.

However, when we need to put our foot down over something we will and will also explain why where possible.

    Cheers Ryan,

I am unquestionably biased for and towards United.  Having said that we will not be banning people for disagreeing with our views.  As I continue to say, WE ARE NOT THE THOUGHT POLICE!  We hope to make the forum a better place to visit.  If you are a fan of another club, you are welcome to post.  If you don't like Nani, you will be welcome to post.  Our issue's revolve around banning r-acism, xenophobia, over the toop language and we hope to stop threads that are purely to wind people up.

    Re: For our new Mods.

No problem. This is an open forum, with different opinions. Members are free to disagree and have their own views. We will only step in if we see posts that are resorting to abuse, or opinions being expressed that are offensive, for example unacceptable comments about race, nationality, or swearing - which includes getting around the filter.

Also we are not here to stop negative opinions about United performances or players. So long as any views expressed are not malicious or offensive then people are entitled to their opinion. Any members who disagree can answer the criticism.

    Feel free to disagree nicely.
