I think they are not that good to play for United. United should buy 1 or 2 world class players in the midfielder.

i do really think that man utd need a strong and commanding centre midfielder,someone like daniele de rossi, who can help both in attack and defense. yes,our CM is good,but not good enough to perform with the teams like chelsea and barcelona. we do really need a creative talent in our midfield to create more opportunities to berba and rooney.and with valencia's current financial situation,getting silva in would be a great idea and he can take over the playmaking job on the wide side.

and 2 more position to be fill is the right back and centre back. brown,oshea,g.neville or fabio is decent player but they cant do the attacking and defending job as good as evra.i cant come out with any name right now since player like sergio ramos and daniel alves is an impossible target for us,but surely fergie can pick a few RB to fill up the hole there.

meanwhile for the CB position,maybe,the time for ferdinand drops his form is nearly come.so it is necessary for united to start to find a good backup (should be better than evans and brown or oshea).player who got pace,great tackling,perfect marking,and great sense of mind-reading.mexes could be a possible target for us

i disagree and agree. the only thing lacking in the midfeild i think is the left flank. giggs can only play 20-30 games a season and nanis dire! i hope he go's in january. obertan looks promising but needs more experience. valencias improvin and gradually becomin a better play on the right, scoring a few goals now too, 2 important ones in both legs against cska. and central mid, what can be said? anderson scholes carrick gibson, hargreaves coming back, then thats that as far as my opinion is.

In that game, yes. But he's performed very badly this season so far. He's often losing the ball, and even doing bad passes. You can see he's gotten older really quick. And it seems like he gets a yellow card in almost every game he plays. Scholes out, Anderson in, in my opinion. Rotate between Fletcher, Carrick, Anderson and then also Hargreaves.

what the hell?.. yes he'll never be his old self again. but to say he's played bad just shows that you've based your opinion on one or two matches. his passing is still as brilliant as ever, i.e. wigan, stoke city. i still think he is the best passer in the premiership, as his passing success rate is phenomenal. plus he scored the other night, the goal that gave us momentum to grab the 3rd. be grateful...  in big matches, i agree he should only be used as a sub, but against smaller teams he simply runs the show most of the time

I know. We got about 80 million for ronaldo. We could have gottin Messi or Silva or even Ribery. But no. Fergie just had to go buyin a winger from Wigan who I dont think is any good. Our centre mids are just alright. Carrick improving and so is Anderson. Scholes and Giggs arent fit to play 90 mins anymore. BUY A PROPER WINGER FERGIE.

our left wing is our problem. Our midfield is great with Anderson, Fletcher, Hargreaves, and Carrick. nani is not getting it right at the moment and Giggs can not play every single match because of his age. A player like David Silva can help our team out in our left midfield position.

i agree with you in the sense that our central midfield is strong but i don't think the left wing is a big problem giggs has still got it and obertan is looking really handy which will give the underperforming nani a kick up the ars3.

i don't think we've found top form yet but we're still up there competing but we'll hit top form around the christmas time and race clear at the top of the table leaving chelski and the goonies to wonder where it all went wrong.

 I would like to wait for Adem Ljajic to be here in Jan. The only this is he should get a run in the 1st team. He looks really good. If he can be the attacking midfielder we are craving for, we could get the left sided midfielder in David Silva, the right man to replace Sir Ryan Giggs.

 I think at least any two of Sneijhder, Silva, De Rossi or Rebery would be enough. As Giggs and Scholes wont be able to paly another 4-5 years and some good players are required to take their palce immediately, we need do not need young stars who will be great plears in future. Because we have such players in our squard. Rather we need those who already proved themselves in such positions. And we need at least another good defender.

I don't think Scholes should start a game ever again! He's finished, sadly. It's really inspiring to see Giggs though, still an amazing footballer with moves that even young prospects doesn't have. However, sticking to subject. Here's some players we might need right now or in a few years.

Daniele De Rossi, AS Roma. An amazing midfielder with qualities both in offense and defence. Won't be cheap though.

Axel Witsel, Standard Liège. One of the most talented defensive/central midfielders out there. Could easily grow to get a starting position, even at United.

Eden Hazard, Lille OSC. One of the most promising wingers/attacking midfielders in the world. No doubt about that. Great speed and great technique, this kid (born 91!!) will be one of the best players in the world in 3-4 years. Go ahead and buy him, and we won't have to worry about that position anymore, cause he will be something really special!

i think we need a decent DM player... like albelda, barry, mascherano,alonso

Marek Hamsik or Yoann Gourcuff would give us an extra spark in the centre of our midfield. I think Hargreaves returning will make a big difference too.
