It irritated me to see fans that cross out one of the best defenders in the world because of a couple of bad performances. Ferdinand will come back to himself soon, we have Brown and Evans (who's been great for us over the last couple of years) as a cover, and we have great defenders on either side of the back four (Evra/Fabio/O'shea on the left, and Neville/Rafael/Brown/O'shea on the right).

Ramos playing at central defense?? not really a good idea. He's never been a good defender. I would prefer our old Pique to him any day. He really have grown a lot that boy. That's what you get by training alongside Ferdinand and Vidic.

i think we should get for defence:

from madrid:

Ramos, Marcelo

from inter:

samuel, chivu

then our back four could look like this:

O'shea                  Ramos                     Vidic                       Evra/Chivu

and then have samuel on the bench
