So long as they are posted in the right forum.  Unless I am told otherwise that is my understanding of things.

As far as I know articles are allowed and links as well, though if the article or link goes to a site that contravenes the Forum Terms then it would be removed.

Oh OK, I didn't know TakenAsRed was appointed as a Mod too, as I haven't logged in for the past week....But, send my congrats to him too....

I thought that it was Dennis Law's opinion on the game....That it was part of the build-up rather the build-up itself....

Anyway, so articles are allowed aren't they ?......What about threads that have multiple links ??...

    Re: WHY AREN'T ARTICLE'S ALLOWED ??......

There's a possibility that because the article was discussing the Chelsea game it may have been merged with the official Chelsea build up thread in the Fixtures & Results Forum.  We're trying to merge threads that are about the same subject into one thread in order to try and cut down on the duplication of threads.

Don't forget to mention Taken As Red as a moderator, he was paramount in getting things moving between the club and those of us involved with the forums at a high level.

    WHY AREN'T ARTICLE'S ALLOWED ??......

If you guys know me, I always post articles related to United, giving my opinion at the bottom and then a general discussion will develop regarding the article......

But after I posted this article :

    http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/manchester_united/s/1180995_law_puts_faith_in_big_hitters_

And it has been removed....The suitability of the article is fine by me as there are no vulgar or obscene words in it..

I'm planning to create a new thread with these article in it, but now I'm not sure whether it will be taken out...

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1223678/Sir-Alex-Ferguson-lost-spot-Liverpool-public-enemy-No-1-referees-lets-remember---STILL-THE-GREATEST.html

I don't just give a link in the thread but I copy and paste the entire article as I believe that will give the poster's more convenience by just reading the thread rather than putting just a link in one whole thread....Waste of resource, I reckon....

By the way, Gavinio and Matt, congrats on being made a Moderators.......I really believe that Matt is worthy choice, and Gav, well that has been a long time coming....I was one of those posters that was rooting for Gavinio to be made a Mod and now finally the dream has been realised....

I know that you guys will make this messageboard the healthy and well-run thing that we poster's deserve....I do hope you guys can help me out here by clarifying this....

    Thanks in advance..
