Id like Man City's Micah Richards,he didnt become a bad defender over night, he needs an arm around him and a stern word in his ear, Remember Paul Gascoigne? He was supposedly on his way to OT in his pomp but went to Spurs, he had free reign and went off the rails and as we all know his career that promised so much ended with so little, I fear Micah Richards will head that same way, people speculate that Sir Alex could have saved Paul from all that disaster,maybe he can turn Micah around and into the world class CB we know he can be,plus he would be a great compliment to Vidic and ideal replacement for Ferdinand ! Paul Scholes,Ryan Giggs, David Beckham,Darren Fletcher ,the Neville brothers,Wes Brown and many others, all these players are testament to SAF skills as a make shift dad and a manager,these players kept their noses clean and concentrated on football, some players these days think once they get a good contract they can stop trying,then blow their money on bling and fast cars (ahem ahem Richards,Diouf,) possible changes for players like this should be performance related bonuses..
