Re: OUR STRIKERS WILL WIN US THE MATCH; LAW PUTS FAITH IN BIG HITTERS

It'll be great if our strikers can win us the match, this football article on Chelsea vs Manchester United previews reckons that our midfield is overdue a few goals (they haven't contributed enough this season, frankly).I don't agree with the blogger that Chelsea can score two if they play their usual game- for me Carrick ad Fletcher have the ability to smother their midfield, while I would hope that the creativity of Giggs and Rooney can edge us the match. It's going to be tight though, that much is for sure.

This is my team, we need 3 in the centre of midfield to contain their physical midfield presence IMO. Can change to a 4-4-2 if things don't go well. Have to hope Ashley Cole has a bad day, cos I can't see Valencia getting the better of him.

Totally would love to see this the best team imo. Fletcher and Ando to cover up for Carrick if he doesn't turn up for this one and Rooney is by far more effective coming from the wing or deep than upfront. If Berba gets more of the ball we are in for a treat.

Re: WAT SPECIAL WE CAN DO TO BEAT DIAMOND FORMATION OF CHEALSEA

Depending on who's available that day and on SAF definitely. He'll pick the best team according to his tactics! One of the possibilites could be VDS---sheasy/brown-vidic-evans-evra---valencia-fletcher-anderson-giggs/nani---berbatov(if available)-rooney

    Re: UNITED vs CHELSEA

BME has a close-to-it formation. however, this formation might give us 1-1 but if giggs were to come into the midfield either starting before or coming in as a substitute for scholes (since the both of them are less mobile due to age) and obertan was allowed to prove a point, at the outer left, we might be surprised by a 2-1 outcome. fletcher has a worthy sub in carrick and ando is made to relax or play a role to sub fletcher in the dying minutes, physicality will not scare us in the midfield. nani should decide if he will do better on the pitch than valencia in the training ground. the defense line is undoubtably Man Utd's best. o'shea is our only minus but he has no better sub. speed in catching counter attack must necessitate a flat 4 at the back, since our defenders are not that athletic. berbatov has to be in form or we will suffer in getting goals since our midfielders do not adventure into the box as in the days of cr7. all in all, we hope for the best. the better side would win. Man Utd, for life.

                                                                                VAN DER SAAR

    O'SHEA/BROWN                            EVANS                                                 VIDIC                                     EVRA

    VALENCIA/NANI         CARRICK/FLETCHER/ANDERSON                SCHOLES/GIGGS                       OBERTAN

                                                              BERBATOV                                  ROONEY

No is my honest answer i dont think he will score against Chelsea i may be wrong but i think Rooney will score for us.

Resounding "YES" from me, the man is on form and his power packing shot is more than likely to test Cech.....

    gomle:

    VDS

     O'Shea  Evans  Vidic  Evra

    Valencia Fletcher Carrick Giggs

            Rooney  Berbato

Yeah, that's what i think we will see.

I'd prefer a 3 man midfield with Fletcher Anderson Carrick and an interchangeble front 3 of Berba Rooney and Giggs.

Just hope Ferdinands injury isn't too bad... I don't have the best feeling going into this match but hey i'm hoping atleast we'll get a draw if not a win.
