    Re: Michael "BORING" Carrick

Umm got nothing better to do than start a pointless thread slating Carrick again? Sure he needs some improving, but he had a good game today and hasnt really dissapointed so far. He`s been one of our key midfielders since we got him so just because he had a couple of average games doesnt give you the right to start slating him so shut your mouth. If anything your boring you bloody git, posting the same *** over and over again, not like we havent heard all before on here aint we?

i agree i think he is the weak link in our team he doesnt seem to be a holding or creative midfielder hence why rooney keeps dropping deep to help out leaving us short up top, hopefully when hargo returns we will not be having to pick carrick ,fletcher and hargo will be our main cm players .

OK he needs improving but to be honest you cannot buy any better midfielder than carrick and i think he playes brillant but people have a diffrent view on him and i think he's brillant.

    Michael "BORING" Carrick

Who is Michael Carrick? From the public eye he is an England International, a spokesman for Man Utd, a mid-field superstar who "makes United tick".

Consistent apperances in the Devil's shirt, with praise from both manager and press would back up the above description. Although somewhere between the media hype and nations approval  there lies what has been hidden from the *** eye, the truth! As a football fan, I call a spade a spade. Without a biased view I see Mr. England as probably the most boring footballer I have ever clapsed eyes on.

From a defensive mid-fielder you expect your player to stand off. Yes we would also like him to tackle! Carrick never tackles! NEVER! Unless in fact his position is under threat from the sensational Anderson, he may actually lift his legs and do something. He rarely scores, passes forward, lifts up the team, makes forward runs or even makes little effort. I have heard him quoted as the "quarter back" but come one, any pass over 10 yeards ends up in the stand, it is just awful. When we come up against the big boy's he goes missing and points the finger at other players when we are beaten yet again. Actually what about playing in the league cup this year! Running around holding his standing leg every time the ball got taken from him. It was a disgrace.

Wake up people and see the lad is just talentless. We hear his interviews every week about how we are going to do this and that, if he wasn't English he wouldn't be there.........he would be on benefits.
