I adore Evra. Out of our entire backline, he's the one player I completely trust. He has been immense. Not only is he solid at left back but he also offers us an attacking option up front as well. I would compare him to Denis Irwin in the mid to late 90's.

 The only player to have ever started ALL Premier league games this season, has been Evra, and he's played the full 90. Rooney has played 12 out of 13, and O'Shea 10(2) out of 13.

It's obvious that when SAF thinks about the team he's playing, alot of time and effort goes into thinking up each position. If VDS can be rested, he will be...he may change up the centerback pairings, or the right back, depending on the game. Even Rooney has been rested, and the midfield pairings / wingers changes on a regular.

But when all the dust settles, Evra is still there on the left...always. He's been immense this season and hasn;t got the praise he's deserved
