more then 1000 times before members asked for improvements, especially for registering members issue

No.. Simply because a large number on here are just here to cause trouble. They would just vote 'thumbs down' on most topics so it would be meaningless.

AS far as forum improvements go, that one to me is far down the list. First of course is better moderation. Set the rules, then enforce them, ACTIVELY. Second is return of signatures, avatars. Third is everything else.
