With that being said I can see Berba leaving and Owen staying. With the midfield needing work, I dont see us spending money on another striker and tbh I cannot name a decent striker who would move to United and be happy in the position Berba is in atm.

I agree man.With Berbatov looking likely to leave why sign another striker when why dont we just keep Owen for another season and also give Macheda more games aswell know what i mean.They can provide good cover when Rooney Hernandez Welbeck are rested etc.They are good strikers there is always a goal in Owen.I know hes been injured but hes still a good striker to have full of experience and a great player to have if we need a goal know what i mean.Rather then sign another striker i would sign a verstille attacker like Hazard to give us more options and also sign either Eriksen or Martinez to improve our midfield thats what we need in my opinion.

well i think we really should give macheda a chance becuase he has had a huge amount of bac luck in the last couple of seasons but i don`t thik he is yet ready for challenging the likes of chicha and welbeck,and as much as it hurts i think berba will leave and i don`5t see owen`s chances getting better too so we will need another striker and i think someone like vanwolfswinkel can be a target but in that case i prefer to keep either berba or owen...............and to answer your second question i think that we should buy jordi alba and give the right back position to the da silva twins to battle for cause i don`t think either of them are that reliable and i seriously doubt that evra can do for more than a couple of more seasons.

No we dont need a new striker... Berba and Owen HARDLY play... why do they need replacements.. If anything we can provide a few games for Macheda and maybe try bring through Will Keane and any extra games left can go for Welbeck and Hernandez

The ONLY chance of signing a big name striker is IF one of Chicha or Welbeck is sold along with Berba and Owen

I agree man.I would prefer us to sign a verstille attacker like Hazard Muniain Gaitan etc who can play behind the strikers if needed aswell as out wide or in an AM position know what i mean rather then a proper striker.Myabe we should keep Owen for safetly as we cant afford to be short especially with us being involved in every competition know what i mean.I can see Macheda getting more games next season while the likes of King W'Keane could get more games in the cup competitions etc but an verstille attacker like Hazard Muniain etc would be good for us in my opinion.

Its a tough 1 as with Berbatov leaving and Owen likely to leave aswell we may be abit short.What if Rooney got injured or Hernandez or Welbeck known what i mean we would have like 2 strikers and with us in every competition that wont be enough i wouldnt feel comfortable with that.Maybe another striker could be brought but again if we did sign another striker it might not go well with Hernandez and Welbeck will it.Maybe we should keep Owen for another year and with Macheda here aswell he can play more games next season.Maybe sign an verstille attacker like Hazard Muniain Gaitan etc who can play behind the strikers in needed not just out wide know what i mean.

An injury to chico or welbeck would leave us up the creek tho. Macheda, keane etc hav not shown they cud b relied upon to score the goals we wud require and while I appreciate that young players need a chance, I'm not convinced that they are definitely up to it and it would b suicidal to leave ourselves in a position where we are short of firepower. Obviously fergie thought we needed the amount of forwards we had this season or Owen wuda gone, so if he and berba both go, I can't see saf just goin wiv way we have cos it wud b foolhardy. Rooney, chico n welbeck wiv only unproven players as back up? Not gona happen. Fergie was the first advocate of 4 top strikers b4 anyone else had realised. Can't see him goin against it now. So in conclusion, if those 2 go then we will bring in a forward for sure.

Heard Rossi is available for roughly around £12m plus I would love Muniain but I highly doubt it. Rodriguez of Porto is decent too.

too right united will need a new striker, we know berba's going owen could be offered a one year extension so chicha, welbeck and rooney main strikers with owen and maybe macheda as back up united still need a quality striker, shame owen wasnt younger and less injury prone then united would have one!

We dont need a striker all we need is a CAM who is left footed, can play the "Rooney Role" & as a left winger. Then we're sorted

Hazard , Muniain or Rodriguez.
Only Rodriguez is left footed, Hazard and Muniain are pretty good with both though. I agree either would be great.

I know that Muniain & Hazard aren't right footed. I said it because they are both good with both feet. They are also very tricky at dribbling. I think we should go for Rodriguez.
