i think they could be a problem, but last season they had a good pre season and then did poorly, but i think ramos is a top manger and is a very good tactition and he could cause problems, but for challenging for the top four i don't think so, i think any team dreaming of the top 4 is in a wonderland, all 4 of us (top 4) have improved, liverpoolbought keane, chelsea, well they won't leave the top 4, and arsenal may of sold alot of players but are still a top team

I saw their friendlies, I think they did pretty well. But they should just let berbatov move on, he played like he do not share the same desire and hunger like his team-mates.

Yes Tottenham is getting better with Ramos - they play a tight game but they have fallen victim to other mid level premier teams so while they are a threat to United when we come against them.....they aren't a threat when it comes to their score on the EPL table because they can't keep a consistent score sheet. While Tottenham tend to do well against United, they also tend to lose a lot of games to other av clubs. But yeah, its too early to say cause its only Ramos's first season.

The real threat is Chelsea, they keep on buying and buying like there's no end. Even average dudes like Avram Can't and Ranieri can steer Chelsea to second place, imagine what a good coach can wield at Chelsea? The difference Chelsea has from stupid fook up RM is that they buy young players and good players - not flamboyant ones. Expect a lot of heat from Chelsea.

They have a good manager and I think Dos Santos will prove to be a good signing. With or without Berbatov they could challenge the top four. Our main thread will be Chelsea as per usual over the last couple of years. They could come in contention for one of the cups too.

How do you put a picture in the box where your name is to the left and signature at the bottem. I see you have changed yours!

Scroll to the top of this page and it will say your name in the top left.

Click on edit proflie next to it and after that click on avatar. then browse and choose your picture and press update or whatever the button says.

    Then press save.

For your signature at the bottom first find the picture you want on the internet and right click it then click on properties. A box will come up with some info and one will have image url. Copy this.

go to signature and type in [IMG] [/*IMG] (without the *) and paste the URL in between [IMG] [/*IMG].

    Okay??

And yes your right Spurs definatley wont be a threat to United! I just think they'll finish higher in the league then last season.

Tottenham do have a good squad but they can never seem to be able to hold on to a lead.

So i think they won't be strong contenders.

top half of the table at least...

They are no where near to challenging for 3rd or above yet but may give liverpooh a run for 4th, I think Modric could be one of the buys of the summer!

They were great points from tobs_101.

Just to let you you know Arshavin is NOT going to Tottenham,

But everything else you said was spot on, Especially about defensive play.

They recently won a tournamet called the Feyenoord Cup.

Im unsure of all the teams in it but I know two were Feyenoord and Celtic.

Jermaine Jenas was named player of the tournament.

I think there best signings were Modric, Bentley and Giovanni although the signings to the defence were crucial.

Modric: The Croatian playmaker played fantastic in Euro 2008 and I beileve he was the player of the tournament.

Bentley: Played great for Blackburn and im sure he can carry on that form to Spurs.

Giavanni: With Robbie Keane gone to Liverpool I would say Giovanni is the perfect player to replace him.

Can't see them doing much in all honesty, they might have a good team but not a big squad, couple of injuries/suspensions to players is all it takes to ruin a season for some teams, and while they have bought players they just seem to have got rid of so many! 8 players in total, 6 of them quite established players too.

As they won't have Berba I think they'll struggle to score and their back 4 isn't consistant & their midfield isn't strong enough to be serious contenders.

    NV15:

They have a few weak links and their back four is never nailed on.  It's not reliable as they tend to get injured often.  They will be a strong team as always and probably an improvement on last year but not a main threat like Chelsea.

    Spot on.

Spurs have a good squad, but there's always something not quite right about their centre-backs. They're not necessarily bad centre-backs, but there just a bit dodgy quite often!
