    Van Persie and Rooney should be ashamed as strikers. They have had glittering careers at top clubs but never TOP SCORERS.

    NOW THIS IS A JOKE

    RVP has had more fitness issues than any top player in the world, the lad has been healthy for the last calendar year and he's scored 31 league goals in that time? 18 in 25 last season, 13 in 13 so far this season. Not a bad return. As for Rooney, well he came so close in 2010, but that injury cruelly put an end to that. He could well do it this season, but he's got to rediscover his finishing touch. But 9 PL goals in 12 PL games isn't a bad return.

    Rooney does not make it in my top 10 strikers in the world. I actually rate Berba more than him - Rooney is just a better performer not a better striker.

    Wow you guys are so biased lol.... Rooney is not playing near good enough to be considered the best Easily the list goes NOT INCLUDING MESSI AND RONALDO 1. Van Persie 2. Higuain 3. Benzema/Rooney/Ibr***
