    Re: Saha to Spurs

Can I suggest that you all discuss this matter in the Transfer Speculation section?

    Re: Saha to Spurs

Saha is a good striker. fast, 2 good feet and good in the air. To be fair Eveton are not really a team which creates chances for their strikers. Im not saying that he will start but when he plays you can be sure that Spurs will create far more chances for him.

    Maybe Defoe is moving today?

I thought that would be the opinion. Just quite a shocking move, caught me by suprise. You can never really judge a strikers ability at one club and say because he hasnt done this or that he wouldnt be better for another club but I do feel his top footballing days are in the past. I think he could be an effective sub or play a defoe sort of role of Adebayor. I think he could be quite effective in that position, rather than being the target man himself.

Blimey, 'Arry isn't the most brilliant when it comes to strikers.

He hasn't scored in ages. Shocking signing if it happens but I guess he would only be backup. His time as a really top class footballer has passed I feel.

They seem to be doing pretty well without him. Maybe he'd make a effective game saving sub?

    Saha to Spurs

First of all, I would like to apoloygise for this not being in opposition thread but it said access denied when I tried. I just wanted to see what people thought of this potential move. I know he was a fantastic edition to our team when he joined but was hindered by injuries, as he has always been really. I know spurs need a new striker for sure, do you think the addition of Saha will make them anymore of a title challenger?
