Actually, AVB getting sacked will see a massive upturn in Chelsea's form (only briefly). Part of the reason they were playing so bad, was they didn't want to play for the manager. Now I predict they will play out of their skins.

I think Spurs are going to bottle it too. After today I see the League finishing like this:

    1. United

    2. City

    3. Arsenal

    4. Chelsea

Tottenham will finish third, nuff said
I have to bump this thread. Just can't help loving how accurate my predictions are proving to be.

    Re: AVB Sacked

I feel lots of sympathy for AVB, his main problem was that he came into Chelsea at exactly the wrong time and with an owner who simply cannot be trusted to keep his finger off the trigger. What was AVB going to do.. Create a miracle that sees an old and undisciplined Chelsea team win the league and the UCL? It was never going to happen in such a short time, we all knew that so why didnt Abramovic? We'll never know what could have happened if he had been given a few more seasons to build a successful squad but he can now move on, with a bulging wallet may I add, to a club that actually appreciates him.

Someone with a total absence of self respect, a door-mat, another puppy dog or else another clever individual who wants to make a few easy millions in severance pay. Certainly not someone who has football ambitions.

I completely agree. The manager that comes in still has to deal with the transition of older players and the problems in the dressing room.

May aswel giv the job to terry wiv lamps as assistant and cashley as first team coach. They seem to b running things these days anyway. Avb laffin all the way to the bank, big pay off and he'll b back in work b4 u know it. Easy money for him and he will stop av great career so I bet he ent too bothered.

Re: AVB has been sacked by Chelse***

Not suprised, looking at their squad they need a total revamp. Still think AVB should of staying on but we all know what Abramovich is like.
