very unexpected lineup. I'd taught Hernandez or/and Welbeck would have started and Valencia or NA I will be on bench. Either way, it is not looking good for us as our record in Spain is appalling and this Bilbao side is a great team at....erh....home. Hopefully we can get an early goal and do not have to rely on a last ditch effort to progress though...but I will be happy anyhow we get through.

lol I saw the lineup and it was Rooney as the lone striker. Park, Giggs and Young are in the midfield and out of those three I'm hoping young plays the supporting role to Rooney like he does for England.

I think he will, and will drop back when they have the ball, it has worked already this season with him playing just behind but I am not sure if Rooney gets little ball if he will stay on the last man or drop back. To stand a chance he needs to stay on the last man.
