Devil  Good morning all. Anouther wet and windy day outside Dizza. Ireland never made it then. Never seen the match as could not get it on TV, but from what I heard Henry hand-balled France too the world cup finals. I dont think they will go far in the finals anyway, others teams will give them plenty too think about when the finals start. All I will say that a certain fan has agitated a lot of fans about the result where they have fallen for the trap and replied with abuse, just what he wanted and he has reported them. I have said all along, avoid idiots like that, if you dont like him, then dont reply to his posts and threads. He thrives on people having a go and then he is riding high. All fans have to do is reply with a IGNORE and a simple emotion,No. Have a nice day all.Big Smile

Devil  Good evening all. Danny, the old saying is "No news is good news". So lets hope that works with you buddy. Anouther miserable night up here. Wind and rain. I just hope Ireland can do the job tonight against France. If they do there will be a good Irish knee's up in the pubs & clubs all over the UK and especially in Ireland.YesBig Smile

Good Morning Danny the worst part of job hunting is "The Wait" Employers love this "sick" waiting game! At a time when soooo many people are un employed this waiting story is merely mind games and should not be allowed! Ok so they interview 5-8-10 -50 people....but there must be at least one person stands out...give them the job and let everyone move on with their lives...our son made near on 300 job applications 280 by direct email and 20 by mail with an enclosed s.a.e out of the 300+ he received two written replies...Both saying that this year due to the financial climate their company were not in a finacial possition to take on any post Grad students for a work experiance year...At least the two people who replied had a concience....The rest need to remember the world is a circle  "What goes around comes around!" hang in there you will get a job as long as you stay possitive! despair and desperation shows, don't wear that look..

haven't been to Williamstown, but i've heard it's good.

probably already asked you this Wally but where abouts in Aus are you at the moment?? still in Melbourne or have you moved elsewhere??

I am no longer in Melbourne. Miss the beatiful city, sob sob I've gone back to my home country.

ok. it certainly is a lovely city. i'm actually an hour south east, in Gippsland, so i don't get there too often, but i go to probably 10 Richmond games a year, plus a few things here and there, so on average i'm there maybe once every 3 weeks... not enough to see too many of the down sides!

fair few of us on here with Melbourne connections. me, troy from aus (if he still posts here), vishnu chari, kiltz304 and robbo091 (the last 2 are both school mates) are currently living in Melbourne, and you and audouc used to live there... small world!

you got it right there mate! lol, looking like a nice day, sitting here ready to go off to school. have a good one mate!

Devil You have a nice day at school buddy, hot and sticky in the class room!!. The last school I went too out there in the sixties was Middle Park Central. Is that still there? I lived in Richardson Street, just next too it. I would wag school though and go up too Port Melbourne Pier and do some fishing. My dad caught me one day and whacked me around the ear. My big sister snitched on me too him. Never done that again. LOL. Those were the days.Big Smile

not sure if Middle Park Central is still there mate. probably is, but i'm from out in the country, so i wouldn't know. looking on Google Maps, Richardson Street is just a stones throw away from the Albert Park F1 Grand Prix Circuit!

I used to hang out a lot at Little Burke Street - chinatown that's where my RMIT business campus is - not sure if its still there. Love the crispy chicken rice and very accessible to Village cinema. At night i go to Crown to see my luck and enjoy the free buffet ! On sundays i go to the wet market in north melbourne to shop for food. At weekdays me and the mates go to La Porchetta or Pancake parlour to study. Sometimes we go to Monash caufield campus to compete with the lads there for a game of warcraft. And i really miss the movie marathon at Jam Factory. During winter we go to Mount Buller to ski. During the holidays we go to Philip island to race our mini f-1 cars. I miss my big 7 room rented house with 2 auto garage and a jacuzzi near Sydney road.
