Did I see cattermole's name mentioned?!! If he learned to tackle properly and pass the ball maybe...full of commitment but lacking the technical skills for such a big jump to Utd....

i think we should replace them like this, van der sar - neuer, neville - ramos, vidic - hummels, ferdinand - pique, evra - lahm, beckham - ronaldo, scholes - fabregas, keane - martinez, giggs - hazard, van nistelrooy - messi. seems realistic...

Why not look to our own team for replacements? VDS= De gea, Evra=Fabio, Ferdinand=Smalling/Evans Vidic= Jones (captain), Nistlerooy- Chicharito, Scholes= Cleverley (to a degree) and Giggs= never replaced.
