Care to explain how we managed to finish bottom of the worst CL group? or was that beacause we didnt treat every CL game as if it was against city? Can you not just be honest and admit we were poor in europe this season.

Haha I only said it because we weren't completely knocked out of Europe altogether. I'm not gonna talk up the Europa League but was just thinking of it as 3rd from that perspective and woulda thought you, along with everyone else, would remember that! I commend your sarcasm skills though
! Yeah I think so too. I never understand why we don't show urgency and commitment in certain games or complacency when time and time again it's been proven to be fatal. I know we had injuries and stuff but still think we should have done MUCH better in the CL group we got. It's embarrassing how we performed really imo considering the opposition - it beggars belief when you compare our group to all the rest and us to the opponents in our group. Maybe Sir Alex underestimated teams which also annoys me as it's better to be safe than sorry. Also I don't think it's adviseable to underestimate any team no matter how bad they might seem or wherever they come from! Hopefully the team and Sir Alex have learnt from this season though and we'll be back to our usual selves in the Champs League next season!
