    Re: There are positives.

I can agree too, also I think a big rethink by the Boss is needed about our coaches for next season. Bilbao slaughtered us and now mini Bilbaos are trying to do the same tactics and we just cant adapt. Find a coach who has actually played abroad in the last ten years instead of the 80s or in fact nowhere I know of. Sort it Sir Alex, if a player isnt up to it he goes whoever he is does'nt he.

Look that was a bad, bad result yesterday. No doubt about it. I was gutted.

The reason we threw it away was poor defending but when I thought about it, our attacking play was fantastic. Welbeck and Rooney combined the best i have seen this season (not saying they haven't played well before you have a go LOL) and i thought Nani was the best player on the pitch.

For some reason United seem to play better when they look down and out, on the edge and playing poorly. I think that is why the City game is perfect for us. As soon as we went behind against Everton we suddenly burst into life and made a response. After we went in front we just turned it on and began to rip Everton to pieces.

Obviously what happened after that is something that we would rather forget about. We will be written off for the next week or so and people will say we have blown it but I personally think we will rise to the occasion and get a result at the Etihad.

I agree......Give it your all in last 3 games, Lads..... All fans, are behind you.....

    Re: There are positives.

We do have attacking power, no doubt about it. When opponent sits back and allow MU to attack, in particular allowing our 2-men MF to dictate tempo, we are awesome. But when opponent chase and press for every breathing space, we crumble, as in CL, Europa. Fergi showed his weakness when he allowed tired legs to continue, blindly trusting Scholes and Giggs as if they can run non-stop for 90min, and make substitution when it is too late. In fact nothing has changed since last season, that we are very good in attacking, lacking power and finesse in the middle, and unfortunately weaken at the back with injury of Vidic.
