This is a crucial transfer window coming up for Manchester United, our team is going through a significant period of transition and a number of positions will need to be filled with long term replacements over the next two seasons
The main priorities for the team should be signing a young talented RB, a Defensive Midfielder and an attacking CM/Playmaker.
My choices in their respective positions would be, RB- Clyne, DM- Strootman and AM/Playmaker- James Rodriguez/Eden Hazard. I believe this signings would cost us in the region of £40m
I also expect Kusczak to be sold (£1-2m), Ritchie De Laet (£1-2m), Marnick Vemijl (£1m), Josh King (£1-2m), Michael Owen to be released and Berbatov to be sold for £8-10m. This money would take our net spend to around £30m
It has already been announced that Fabio will go out on loan (hopefully to someone like Bolton/Swansea, in addition to this i'd to see a number of our other young talents go out on loan. I'd expect to see Paul Pogba (if he signs a new contract), Davide Petrucci, Ben Amos, Michael Keane, Will Keane, Jesse Lingard and possibly Ryan Tunnicliffe go out on loan to a Premiership club like Wigan, Bolton, Everton, Swansea, Norwich or a newly promoted club
John Cofie, Mats Daehli, Adnan Januzaj, Phil McCullough, Liam Grimshaw, Joe Rothwell, Jack Rudge, Jack Barmby, Gyliano van Velzen and Sam Byrne would all benefit from a move to a Championship/leading League 1 side
I can see Zeki Fryers, Anders Lindegaard, Park Ji Sung, Ryan Giggs, Will Keane, Anderson and Federico Macheda being used as fringe players and being mostly used for Cup games/games against lesser opposition.
I personally think these signings are realistic and if they happened our squad would be set up to compete at the very highest level for years to come.
