That is correct, what puzzles me however is how it has evaded such a smart guy like yourself - which, evidently you are - that we have not scored enough nor have we won enough points to win the title. Whether the title will be lost on points or on GD, the fact is, whether creaming over the lazy Bulgarian permits you to understand this or not, we still won more points and scored more goals than in the season before in which Berbatov played in 2/3 of our games.
