Clearly not a fan of inspiration ! Keane would sort this lot out if he was still captain , thats what we miss.
Vida would sort this lot out. That is half our problem this season, our captain hasn't had a decent game all session (Evra) so how is he going to influence or sort out other players when his own game is woeful.

It's clear Keane loves the club, but as he was in his career, he is not always right about everything.

Some of the young players do need a reality check, i just wish keane and fergie would settle there differences.
Keane would be a great assistant at United if he wasn't so hot-headed and didn't succumb to the press so much.

He likes to be honest and tell the truth but the press only want the truth so they can use it against you. I can't see Keane ever learning about this.

It's a shame because his heart is still in United.

It remains to be seen, too, if Fergie would actually like to work with someone who is honest and tells the truth. I can't imagine Phelan standing up to him. And I could see Keane being too much to deal with.
now how could you come to that conclusion? tell me who has ever got one over on Fergie? Come back in 3 years fs you ll get your wish with fergie retiring....
    Erm, Mourinho and Guardiola.
What? when were they ever under fergies control or leadership? you do know Phelan is our assistant manager? That point you made is for a completely different thread mate.

LOL, Keano of all people should know that SAF does not use where we finish to decide if the club need improving or if player need to go, lol.
Aye, I think he has the right intention but it seems to come out of his mouth differently lol.

What really resonated with me from what Keano said is where he refers to Jones comments about nothing to prove, and his response is perfect, he states everyone you step onto the pitch you have something to prove. This is also why I believe Jones really has gone backwards since his arrival. How on earth he can think he has nothing to prove is beyond me, what has he done or won tho think he is such a talent? He can't cross especially when under pressure, he's no midfielder, not a decent RB, and if say is our 5th choice CB.
You know, Jones doesn't look like the player we saw in the early part of the season. I think the constant change of position for him as maybe undermined his confidence a little. He doesn't look comfortable at CB for me. Not as comfortable as he did when he played in a Blackburn shirt.

He is still young though. He has plenty of time to find his feet.

No Roy likes to give his opinion as if it is the truth and believes everyone should buy into it. That´s the problem people have with him.

what he said about jones was spot on. how can he say he has nothing to prove? modern day youngsters, think they have arrived cuz of thier wages
i agree hes got everything to prove...hes been average in the 2nd hlf of the season...we all know ihs potential but if his attitude isnt right he will never max that potential
He´s 20 years old, played three different positions not to mention had several injuries. It´s his first season at the biggest club in the world. Wonder if Roy Keane thought of that? Maybe SAF should point that out to him the next time they share a dinner?

Really you do ? coz sadly i don't but then again i won't be in the state of disbelief and shock when Ferguson announces he's happy with his squad and there's no value .
If they are not content with UEFA cup football, and the odd domestic cup run, they need to spend.

On four occasions this season I have witnessed firsthand so called inferior teams play us off the park. They weren’t blips either. We were just outplayed. Also - and I must mention this - there are a few so called world class talents in our side who constantly under-perform. The only way to ensure that they give 100% every week is to have players of equal or better talent waiting in the wings to take their places. Sadly, we don't have that luxury ATM.
