The truth is pogba Is the only midfield player utd have at present who could become world class and we are losing him, fans claiming he wants more Money need to wake up, it's not about money as an agreement is already in place which obviously pogba is happy with, fact is utd have not given him a chance in the first team in a season where the midfield is so weak why would he stay? I would prefer scholes to retire, giggs to retire, park to be sold and keep hold of pogba but it ain't going to happen. and Unfortunatly I can't see flecher ever being the same player , anderson is injury prone so that leaves us with a midfield of scholes carrick and cleverly , 1 of the worst in the league to be honest Swansea can put a better pairing out! So now pogba's gone it's going to cost a lot of money to sort that central midfield out
People talk about overating Cleverley, Pogba hasn't even started a competitive game yet and he will become world class and become our saviour.

Not about money? The agent has accepted that he is happy with the contract, that doesn't mean Pogba is happy with that money.

Maybe we would give him game time when he commits to this club, not before.

Hang about do you really think players don't have a say in the terms their agents agree with clubs?? You know how daft that is to say? Also I've been watching pogba ever since he joined utd and he as looked better than any youth player I've ever seen, at utd obviously since the class of 92, I didn't see them as kids too young, cleverley didn't even stand out at youth or reserve level but as developed well on loan, it's obvious to see pogba is going to be class, if you have ever watched him the kids got the lot. Maybe if the club wasn't so arrogant as to not even start talking contract terms with less than 12 months left, then maybe we would of had him signed on a new deal? Also he was easily good enough to play for utd last season at 18' just like wilshere and machearan were getting games at arsenal and Chelsea. Yet pogba had to play youth football whilst the likes of Gibson was playing for utds 1st team? When utd youth played Chelsea he come up against machearan who had made over 10 first team appearances for Chelsea and pogba absolutely owned him didn't let him touch the ball in 2 legs? Think on utd have not shown enough faith in pogba hence why we have lost him

You could throw Cleverley in as Injury prone, also, Pal.........We will be lucky to get many games from him, next season, as well....
Exactly mate so would leave us relying on scholes and carrick with giggs park and jones filling in just like this season its simply no where near good enough, and fans wonder why we didn't get out of the group stage in the champs league? This season should of been 1 of transition, players like de gea, jones smalling rafael cleverley pogba fryers Morrison petrucci tunnicliffe welbeck w keane should of all been given the experience and game time instead sir Alex wasted it on park giggs berbatov an out of form evra even scholes (although he was class not going to be around much longer) and were very likely still going to be trophyless, at least if we had bloodied all them youngsters we would have a lot more reasons to be optimistic for next season, instead we have now lost Morrison and pogba maybe even fryers, and sir Alex is trying to convince scholes to stay on another season, giggs as signed a new 1 year deal and fergie is pinning his hopes on flecher being fit, so to me the clubs going backward, fergie really needs to make 3 or 4 top signings or we could struggle to get 4th

Calling out Pogba for not wanting to play here for less money is ridiculous - what incentive does he have to stay?
Is this a joke, the club have done nothing but helped this kid to where he is now, probably bought him a house for his family etc yet a little sniff of more money and he's off. The players have no right to demand from the club and expecially not 19 year old wannabes who is last in line in the squad.

What incentive? How about the club putting everything into this kid, the staff helping him to develop. He will be rewarded with a improved contract once he has proved himself not before, this kid is greedy.

It's business...he owes the club nothing. Yes he is only 19. He has barely gotten a chance to play here. Another top club is out there offering him more money and more opportunities to play. He owes it to himself to give it at least some thought. Sure he may end up on the bench or on loan at Juventus...for all we know, United laid out there plans for him next season and it doesn't make sense. Either way we could have given him the wages he wanted and sell him in a year or two if it didn't work out. Better than losing him for free. Another club is offering more money up front and more playing time. It's simple. You're assuming we bought him a house?!?! I assume you're just having a laugh. It's this type of blind faith that is the problem. Maybe you prefer we just assume that all these players are idiots and the club is never wrong.
Thats what was reported by Le Harve, anyway whats the business sense in paying an 19 year old kid triple wages of the normal youngsters when he has done nothing to earn that sort of wage, we have done everything for him, we want him to stay but he is to greedy and wants success now.

Playing time at Juve? Then he is also deluded, he has more of chance of playing time here if he actually works for it.

They players aren't idiots no, they want more money but the club shouldn''t give in to that demands, especially to a 19 year old kid who hasn't even started started a match. If you were a boss of a company and hired a new student to work for you would to triple his wages to someone thats been their a few years.

    Re: Pogba Signs Juve Deal?

If Juventus can offer a better contract than we can offer him, money and game time, then I understand why he would want to go. He's 19 now and a talent like him should be trying to get games and experience. If he can't get it here, then unfortunately, he'll have to move on.

I honesty want him to stay. The few minutes he's played for the 1st team, especially against Stoke, he's shown that he can be a class player.

My midfielders next year would be:

    Carrick

    Strootman

    Cleverley

    Pogba

    Scholes

    Fletcher?

    LOVE YOU SIR ALEX!!

    Re: Pogba Signs Juve Deal?

Alot of fans keep mentioning why Pogba would not be happy being picked ahead of Park & Rafael which is true but it only happened once. We will never know why he wanted to leave United perhaps he feels he will win more at United and play 1st team football quicker as promised by his agent. I for one hope his career goes down hill from hear. If SAF was going to use him next season surely we will now buy someone better instead.

If he's looking for first team football then Juventus isn't the place to go, I mean look how many midfielders they have? He'll be lucky to be on the bench which makes me feel that it's money motivated

I couldn't agree with you more. He has the potential to be a world class midfielder at United but that's all dependent on his attitude, perhaps he feels he's too good to go out on loan and be phased in to the team which is quite arrogant. Perhaps he's developed an ego.
