Clearly written by someone wearing rose tinted specs. Park has been our worst player this season. He's played in almost every defeat, and in very few victories. He was dreadful against Crystal Palace, Blackburn, Basel, Bilbao, Ajax, City and Newcastle. And in most of those matches he was played in his "natural" position on the left wing (not that he's anything like a natural winger). Which is why Fergie dropped him for months. He only picked him against City out of fear and it turned out to be a catastrophically bad decision so i doubt he'll make that mistake again.

Obviously he has done well for us in seasons gone by and he should be applauded for that, but now his pace and stamina are waning his only assets as a footballer have diminished. With him on the pitch it's been worse than playing with 10 men because every attack that goes through him breaks down when he inevitably falls over himself. To put it simply, his time is up.

The players who have shown no heart and should be first on the chopping board 1. Berbatov the man is a disgrace he comes in last week against Swansea possibly his last game in a United shirt and u all saw how abject he was. 2. Michael Owen 3. Darren Fletcher accept he will never be the same player again hardly played in two seasons United must move on and find a replacement can't waste another year waiting like we did with Hargreaves look were that has left us 5. Anderson no heart his mind is not here seems incapable of shedding excess weight remains unfit hence constant injuries 6. And if it was totally up to me Antonio Valencia not of Manchester United calibre he lacks in mental strength his abject performances in the run in we're the reason the team failed so miserably he was dead again today if Sunderland had a goal in them we would have failed Valencia offered nothing in 90 minutes of football with the title out to be won terrible display same indifferent performance against everton blew the league wide open

Fletcher is not likely to be back. At least not for any decent period of time.

Berbatov, Owen, Anderson, Kuszczack, Park, Bebe, De Laet definitely all out. Giggs should probably retire.

Park Owen Berbatov Anderson Bebe Macheda Kuszscak Fabio Rafael I know some people will be like Fabio & Rafael, really? But I think these guys have had their chance to prove themselves and they are not up to it. Would these guys take in £25+ in transfers?

    Re: Who Needs To GO?

I think to fully evaluate the season, we need to look at everything, fact is, Vidic and Fletcher have been missing and will likely be back for selection next season, and despite these two long-term injuries including cleverley & Anderson, and injuries to our wingers at odd times, who hasn't really featured despite being available? three names for me, Kusz is an obvious one, Berbatov and Park, whats the point in keeping them with their wages when they don't play, let them leave, free up the wages, Owen over the course of his career here, is barely available so he surely has to go, and there are a few other players, people forget Bebe is still here, he needs to go as well as De Laet!

Carrick and Evans have stepped up to the mark when we needed them, so for me, it hasn't even entered my mind this season to have them leave, Carrick is in our first 11 definatly, even next season, and Evans I've been impressed with him, him next to Vidic next season! let's play them two, just to have consistency, I like Rio, but being 33 and injury prone, as well as he's managed rest of this season, shouldn't even be considered as in our best XI when Vida is back! Fabio out on loan has already been confirmed, Macheda I wouldn't mind keeping him and letting W. Keane go out on loan, and using Macheda as cover for being left with 3 strikers! the only other departure really, is 50/50 which is Anderson, I think if Pogba stays, and we buy a CM which we need in my opinion, then Anderson should leave, I think if one of the two happen, then likelihood would be that Anderson will stay! Giggs I'd like to see him rotating with Kagawa (if he comes) and wide and Rooney's position behind the striker more next season

    Re: Who Needs To GO?

im not just saying it now... ive been saying it for two years..... ... owen should never have been signed, i was astonished when i heard we were signing him with his injury past. park and evans have never been good enough, berbatov doesnt suit our style of play. Raphael and Fabio are injured too much. Anderson has been a disapointment. Vidic and Ferdinand are also injured too much, giggs and scholes are too old ............... sounds like a nightmare ...... WELL WE LOST IT IN THE LAST 2 MINUTES ON GOAL DIFFERENCE AGAINST A TEAM WITH BILLIONS TO SPEND. everyone get a grip ...... a few changes in the summer and a bit of luck with less injuries and WE WILL GET OUR TROPHY BACK !!!!

    Re: Who Needs To GO?

Starting with Keepers, Kuszczak should go i reckon. He's on loan at 30, he really should be playing regular football. Maybe we can sell him off to one of the newer promoted teams. Then we have Defenders, Evans was one of the ones people wanted to sell, mind you he's only a back-up defender, same way Wes Brown was. If we replace him with a better player don't you think that player would get angry at not having 1st-team action? However i think we could use another centre-back, just to avoid the situation where Carrick or even Berbatov would have to fill in. Evra has also shown weakness, but i think majority of our conceded goals wasn't down to him, but more down our centre-backs not communicating with each other, that mixture of experience and youth took a while to sink in. De Laet's pretty much always on loan and i don't see him making his way up. I'm a fan of the twins, but injuries are a concern, there's no doubt Rafael is similar to Gary Neville, but he needs to toughen up, which leaves us playing a centre-back at right-back. So could we use another right-back? Maybe just. A left-back back-up would be appropriate, seeing as Fabio is not so different to Rafael. So either we could give Ezekiel Fryers a chance (who was pleasing when he did play), or we buy (suggestion) Jetro Willems from PSV, he's class. In Midfield, we have a lot of issues. I'll get straight to the point here. I'd keep Scholes and Giggs for another reason, incase we do get any new buys, they can spend that year learning from 2 legends. Park hasn't had much game-time, and he's not been the most effective player so i'd consider selling him. Fletcher's had his health scares and i would urge him not to risk it and either go on pay as you play or retire. Carrick has disappointed some, but he's come back and done well, personally i'd keep him, he's got experience and he's a great ball winner, does well to link up play from defence to midfield. We've still got Bebe coming back, no idea how he's been doing so we'll leave him for a bit. Anderson has had a lot of criticism but he's got pace, he can pass and he can certainly hold the ball well, he's decent, and maybe i'd keep him for another season but if injuries persist, next season might be a better time to sell him. ...and as for the strikers, I think Owen should go, clearly due to injuries and lack of game-time. Berbatov should also go, hardly any injuries but lack of game-time and deserves to play more. Hernandez i've seen some say, but i wouldn't sell him, he's young and needs to settle, more time on the pitch might help. So who else to sell? I don't think many would agree seeing as he's not been mentioned but Macheda. He won us that game against Aston Villa but i don't see him making any progress in the future, only has his moments in pre-season.
