    Re: Huntelaar??

I think Huntelaar is now fully "recovered" from his stints in Spain and Italy, it seems he has found a home where he is comfortable and his play is showing that. I would guess that he is going to stay put or at least stay in Germany.

With everone so hooked on kagawa, i just wanted to throw another name in here. Huntelaar is the top scorer in the bundesliga with 29 goals, he scored loads of goals for Holland in the group stages for this summers european cup, The Dutch and German national teams have some really good players, how about trying to sign players from those teams. The dutch players that we have signed over the years have actually been some of our best players ever, Van the Man, Van der Sar, Stam.
Ferguson already went for him a couple of seasons ago while he was at Ajax, chose to go to Real Madrid instead. I highly doubt Ferguson would turn his attention to him again, despite his recent good form.

Van der Gouw was decent too. Anyway Huntelaar had had a magnificent season there's no doubt. 45 goals or something like that is ridiculous. That's in a big league too. The trouble is he's approaching 29 now and wouldn't be much use to us for that long, plus we don't need strikers. In all honesty I think we missed the boat and should've signed him in his Ajax days before he went to Madrid. As for the national teams then Joachim Low is spoilt for choice with that abundance of talent in the German midfield- Gotze, Reus, Ozil, Kroos, Schurrle, Marin, Schweinsteiger it really is absolutely ridiculous, I've probably only named half of them there too.
It's so simple to be wise; think of something stupid to say and don't say it
