Mike is a great ass coach (haha!) We've done very very well with him here, why do you want a new person who the players might not get on with? The only thing we need to change is get some fresh blood in our squad.

Well said & that's why the RED BLOOD UTD wasn't able to do the decent thing & back up his point in the OP.

We should bring in Ole to hone him. When Sir Alex is ready to pass the torch, Ole will be there to make the step up.

I don't rate Phelan, Our big sucess was largely down to Queiros in Europe he was the one he developed that 4-3-3 formation we used to play wih Ronaldo leading the line. It was also a time when we used to be able to play defensively and hit teams on the break, soak up their attack then counter quickly, when we sit back now we just concede.

If we can discuss about new assisnt to the boss it means the boss is fast a sleep therefore doesn't know even what's going on around him. So let's discuss about a new manager who will be active enough to understand know nhe is expected from him and be able to take remedial actions in time.

I completely agree. Although Mike Phelan has been a great servant to the club and is a great coach without doubt, I felt more at ease when we had Carlos Queiros although it isn't just down to him the football was much more expressive and free flowing. But we all know Sir Alex, knows what he wants and he will do what is best for the team and the club.
