If it ends up being Guardiola (which is a high possibility), that could swing the deal in Chelseas favour
Hmm the great SAF or Guardiola who inheritted an already AMAZING team at Barca?? Only one answer there I'm afraid
I agree with you. Guardiola is a Red Herring manager but because of his success at Barca and their style of play, alot of players would like to play under him.

Todays rumour.......the reason for him delaying his announcement is the managerial situation at Chelsea. He is waiting to see who will be appointed and how he would be used. If it ends up being Guardiola (which is a high possibility), that could swing the deal in Chelseas favour. It's just a rumour mind, but makes sense and ties in with what he said recently. He should already know how he is going to be used at City and United.
chelsea wont have appointed guardiola by june 2. i can assure you of that
There is no guarantee Hazard will make an announcement by then anyway. He is setting dates just to keep United and City hanging on I think.

I think telling him he has a free role upfront ala Ronaldo is surely more desireable than just being a No.10?......seeing as its obvious thats what we are going to do in having the front 3/4 all rotating playing everywhere. I would think we appeal to him more. You can play anywhere all over the front. Drift where you want get involved with EVERYTHING, Assists goals the lot just do it........instead of Just play behind the striker every game in that set position?

So a 21 year old who has done NOTHING in football is going to tell the greatest manager at the greatest club he will come IF this and IF that. Really? And how do you lot know that the other teams, regardless of who they already have, haven't guaranteed him everything he wants... If these 'demands' are true then this big shot from a rubbish league, playing for a rubbish Country, really is a chump of the highest proportions. TCB
if he signs. i dont think his attitude will pose problems for fergie. he know he wont play no10 everytime.

so If Nani stays and we buy both.....would you have Nani fighting it out with Valencia on the Right Or would Young be fighting it out with Valencia?
It's a tough one isn't it! Hmm personally think Nani is more suited on the left but so is Young and so is Hazard!! Thing is both Kagawa and Hazard can play off the striker or much wider, plus Kagawa has a mean left foot so may make the front line a fluid 4 rather than 3. Not convinced by AV in a non static formation, but would be a real shame to omitt him from the starting 11 especially given his form last year.

Too any options for me to know where to start but it would be something similar to your formation just swapping AV for Nani or Young. All four then are more than capable at filling each others role wether it be up top, SS, LW or RW.

Hope SAF is prepared for many tactical headaches next year lol but he's a genius so shouldn't struggle!

I'm going off the idea of Hazard simply because his attitude stinks ! he's telling clubs where he damands playing before signs ! SAF will have nothing but grief with this ego.

Anyone think that If Hazard and Kagawa are bought Hazard would be being used on the Left (and fighting it out with Nani IF he stays - WOULD NOT be limited to a LW spot...tactics would see the front 4 all moving around the place)) and Ashley Young would be moved to fight it out with Kagawa in a CAM/Support striker role?....... -

Do agree with you Lewis mate, apart from Young in the centre.

For some reason, some folk can't grasp the idea of a fluid front line - these people claim to have watched Barca too lol
