Re: Is Roy Keane talking too much?

i think keane is just as hurt as us fans the way we seam to have dropped abit. on form. and players hunger for the team etc. we will bounce back i for one am happy we are not at the top of the perch at the moment. you can get use to winning all the time. so when you lose and bounce back the victory taste all the more sweeter

He's always s.laggd other players off and managers / coaches. Has everyone forgot Japan & Korea WC? Absolute one hell of a fantastic player, no probs with that. Cant seem to keep his mouth shut, or even think before he opens it. Bryan Robson on the other hand................
    Bryan Robson is No1

Roy is Roy, people need to accept that he speaks his mind and he tells you as he sees it, no BS, just an honest opinion...

I've read the article and he says nothing in there that imo is negative towards Gary Neville. What he says is spot on, regarding coaching and being in a studio as different, saying he'll get credit if England have a good tournament but he should also expect to be slated if they dont...etc etc

The last bit when he mentioned Gary Neville didnt call the shots in the dressing room and that he wasnt as influential as people think...well lets be honest who in their right minds would feel the need to upstage Roy Keane when he was captain? Seriously, he probably werent as influential then as he was when he became captain, had no need to be with Roy around but its not seen as a lack of respect by me, not at all and i'm sure Neville himself wouldnt be offended at these comments.

I admire Keane when he was a player and captain at United. But it seems that recently, he has been talking some negatives about the club, manager and the players. It's really disappointing to see him doing that. http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/3284/euro-2012/2012/05/23/3121208/roy-keane-neville-was-not-as-influential-at-manchester-united-as-
He was an outstanding player for us and certainly played a major role in our success, but even when he was with us he was still an a$$hole picking fights with players. But after he left, his negativeness sky rocketed, slamming the team, players, manager and so on. I can describe him in one word,

I dont think its that bad. I know he said a few things about the way he was treated a week or so back, but dont forget that Roy Keane is painstakingly straight talking. The man can make a compliment sound like an insult, its just his way. Even in writing, the way he words things, its the same.
I prefer to play and lose rather than win because I know in advance Im going to win
