    Re: Don't shoot the messenger...

    MrsBerbatov:

I also see a friend of another ex-player who is currently at a certain North East prem club. He will definately be leaving this club in the summer as the club are unwilling to give him improved terms.

    So Danny Simpson then

    Don't shoot the messenger...

    Good afternoon,

I felt it would be fun to create a thread for people to post information about transfers/news regarding United and also other clubs.

Don't post information that you have read in the paper - we all know that - post information that someone reliable has told you - a 'source' should we say?

    So here goes...

For those who havent seen my post in another thread...

The best friend of a (recent) ex-United player comes in to my work on a weekly basis - he was confident Kagawa was a done deal. Personal terms were agreed a couple of weeks ago when Kagawa met with Sir Alex. It was just the final transfer fee that needed to be agreed as Dortmund felt that Kagawa was worth more than what United were offering.

He also said Nathaniel Clyne was practically a done deal and also spoke about United's interest in someone else (who I'm not saying yet because Ill just get SO MUCH abuse off people like last year when I told you about the medicals I knew about) I have informed some of you that he does play for a top club and have also stated my knowledge of Uniteds strong interest in him and not that they are definately signing him.

He didnt say anything when I asked about Hazard.

I also see a friend of another ex-player who is currently at a certain North East prem club. He will definately be leaving this club in the summer as the club are unwilling to give him improved terms.

As of last week, I know that Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Southampton, Reading and Fulham are interested in him. Fulham are the only ones who have submitted an offer so far. But he wants the Chelsea move. United havent enquired about him but he would return in a heartbeat if they did.

I have to be careful what I say and I choose carefully what info I share.

No bashing please! I'll just stop posting if I get more abuse...
